    點解?因為平時無論係跳舞或者運動真係好少會做依個反轉既動作🙈
    所以第一次接觸,一定會遇到好多難關!除非你本身腹係超有力!
    如果唔係都好難到做㗎! 今日同你地講吓做invert既3個重點~

    Thanks Melody. It’s really helpful. I’m newbie but experienced a sharp pain in my lower arm ( forearm), especially left arm for 5 days. I’m not sure whether I should wait for another week or continue practicing.is this normal to newbie? Thanks!

      Hi Kyra, this happens usually due to gripping the pole too hard and your forearm muscle becomes very tight. You can try using heat pad to help with blood circulation, and stretch your forearm muscle more. Hope this help ❤️
