Description: In discussing Ministry in the Kingdom of God, Dallas shares important lessons he learned as a young minister that changed his whole approach to ministry:
1. It's not up to the pastor to "make it happen."
2. "Seek first the Kingdom of God" starts with understanding the nature of God.
3. The story of the Bible is a story of progressive "with-ness" in God’s relationship to humans.
4. The threefold ministry of Jesus was to preach, teach and manifest the Kingdom of God.
Our lives are filled with meaning as we enter, live in, and work within the Kingdom of God because outcomes are eternal if they are embedded in God’s life. Jesus proclaims the availability of the Kingdom of God which bypasses all human institutions, allowing all who seek it to enter it through Jesus Christ.
