If you ever do a challenge like this again you should try hitting Quelaag's torso, it takes more damage than the spider portion. I bet that your setup at the time would have been able to one shot her with the addition of the crown of dusk and a well aimed shot. At the very least you would get closer.
@@chrisp.9380 Crystal Soul Spear manages to do that, though. The problem is that you'd have to go to such a painful process to get It, considering how absurdly tedious the Iron Golem, the Anor Londo Wrong Warp, the Duke's Archives skip and its Wrong Warp are when it comes to performing them
you did low damage due to not using sun crown also *i think* if you dual wield tin crystalization and manus catalyst you can do oneshot dmg with dark bead
i am assuming you are not aware of crown of dusk, which gives 20% increase spell adjustment where as the sun crown only gives 10% increased spell adjustment

The Soul Spear is, unfortunately, unable to oneshot her, even with max Intelligence and the setup you mentioned
