@dna1987 anbody can play any sport it is only a question how good they can get!!! table tennis is one of the toughest sports in the WORLD! try compete against pros - you wouldn't even see the ball. go in china and see how they train there - you wouldn't last 5min in their training regimee! Ma Long has the legs of 100m sprinter!

why isn't ma lin using RPB? is he injured or something?
players in chinese super league lack their normal systemetic training, ma lin said he didn't have time to train his backhand RPB, thats why he rarely uses it recently i heard lol

It's very good for your heart, muscles and health for one .. It's not a game, it's a sport .. The pros would definitely wipe the floor with you, I'm sure you wouldn't even be able to return their serve. Training for table tennis requires a lot of sprinting .. In fact I can name a couple players that are even faster then Ronaldo ...

@dna1987 no other sport has more complex footwork than table tennis! just try to play against pro, please try! the higher level the opponent is the thougher it is to keep up - ma lin is fat :)))))) he has better reflexes than most animals :)

@dna1987 Even lower class world-class TT players (around 300 WR) can probably beat a recreational sprinter like you...
