24式太极棍

为纪念李天骥老师编创24式太极拳50周年，和为喜欢24式太极拳的朋友们做点实事，2006年，根据24式太极拳的结构，我又自编了24式太极棍，24式太极刀和24式太极剑，现正在完成24式太极枪。24式太极棍由我的学生于2006年10月，在第二届国际传统武术节上表演并获一等奖。现将24式太极棍奉献给爱好太极拳的朋友们。
24 steps Taiji Gun ( stick/ pole)
In 2006 with the remembrance of my teacher Master Li Tian Ji on the 50th anniversary of his creation of the 24 Steps Taiji Quan, I have compiled a few sets of weapon forms based on the 24 Steps Taiji handform's format: the 24 Taiji Gun( pole), 24 Taiji Dao (sabre), 24 Taiji Jian (sword). I am now in the process of finalising the 24 Taiji Qiang (spear).
In October 2006 at the second International Traditional Wu Shu Festival in China, my student gained a First Prize for the performance of the 24 Taiji Gun. Now I like to present this form to all who love and practise Taiji.
