Vinyl, greatest format ever? No. Digital is it, now. Its versatility is unmatched by vinyl. Vinyl is fine - for nostalgia. Its yesterday's format. Totally unsuited for today's mobile, connected world. And BTW, if you're digging how great the vinyl sounds on RUclips, keep in mind it's ALL in Digital!
Daniel Golus I agree that both formats have their selling points-but it’s nice to have both a good digital system and a good analog setup with a turntable where you can hear the oldies the way they used to sound! The only thing bad about that is you need the space for the albums which a lotta folks don’t have! PS-the cable and satellite providers do have excellent music channels that are now streamable-I listen to them quite often and find a lotta songs I haven’t heard in years! Wonderful variety!👌
@@danielgolus4600 except back when the Vinyl existed it would get totally unplayable with each playback so it would never be reliable at all unlike digital songs which last forever
Fantastic classic rock from The Rolling Stones !!! Also , check out ," Doesn't Matter Where Or When ," an original rocking song and video on my site . Thanks , Adam Holtz
US Pop Chart Peaks: Billboard & Record World 1, Cash Box 2 - UK Peaks: 1 (NME), 2 (BMRB, MM) Notice how the chart trajectory in the UK was reverse of the US . . .
No. Not true at all. There is no such thing as "warmth". Only faithful reproduction. In a live performance, you only hear instruments and singing voices. No ambient sound added by an analogue recording. And if you think this RUclips vinyl 45 sounds superior to digital, please bear in mind you're hearing it here - in DIGITAL!
it is, but you have to take into account, since it's a fuller sound coming through, it still translates, and a degraded vinyl is still better than, or maybe about the same as the purest digital from the desk
@@stephensnell1379 No, it's common mistake in vinyl society, some amps have mono switch which sums 2 channels into 1. It makes most of those pops and clicks unhearable. Wanted only to help
# 1 in the spring of 1971-A certifiable classic!

The World’s Greatest Rock and Roll Band on The World’s Greatest Recording Format-VINYL! Period-no ifs ands buts OR maybes! The way it used to sound!👏

Straight off the UK 7". That's all I know
Alice Cooper said its their best yet. It's hard to disagree. Everyone feels a let-down, but it's good.
The horns add so much depth to this recording. Live performances just can't match this.
