I dont think that Swedish embassy shall ask for it. Read the documents required for your application - only passport copies were enough. I am not sure if Bangladeshi citizen has additional documents required.

She needs to go back and apply from Home country! It is not permitted to job hunt as well when you are on tourist visa as it defies the purpose of visit! The best option for her is to exit and then apply for work permit! Thanks!

I know a friend she got 1yrs visitors visa for her mother ( initially it was tourist visa of 90days later on she has applied for extension).. but u can read more details migration agencies website

Your friend(inviter) should clearly mention on your invitation letter “the number of days” for which he/she is inviting you! The inviter needs to provide so many different documents(which are private and sensitive) so providing a photo proof wont help much in your case! Thanks!
Also regarding the number of days my friend has mentioned the dates of my travel in the invitation letter that I'll be in Sweden from this x date to that x date. Will that be enough to show the days ?

You can apply maximum 6months in advance.. I suggest apply after couple of months..
180 days is total time span u hv to make ur travel plan.. its like window within that u can travel for 90 days
