I've been thinking about getting a Blackstone for awhile bc I make a lot of smash burgers and tacos. I've just been using a stove top griddle but I always end up with a messy stove. Getting a bs would make clean up so much easier and I would have a lot more cooking space so I don't need to do so many batches.
