I've been using AI in my management of video production and sales training projects for the last year. And I totally agree with what you're going with here I use it as an assistant I use it as a brainstorming or basically a sounding board to get me started and then I start to curate and interact with the model now that it's primed for the conversation I'm looking to have.
As someone forming a new IT PMO, wanting to adopt PM AI early on but with big cost limitations, are there any decent starting points at this point in time?
What is the reason to use AI to generate AI generated texts that no one will read except you? Don’t you find better to minimize the useless project bureaucracy? This AI generated objectives will be far for the real project objectives. What is your opinion about this?

There are some free services, like ChatGPT; but get a call with Timothy Bull at Keto. Their prices aren’t as high as you’d imagine.
