The chef seems like a hell of a cool dude! Also I can't help but feel casey should of used the bread to cool his mouth or eaten them as a sandwich with it.
The bread also soaked up some of the oil and sauce so it might have made it worse for Casey. Also probably would’ve been his downfall without the sauce.
Casey just sucks , Let's face it if Adam could continue to eat spicy food he'll destroy this challenge

The "sauce" looks like pure extract.
I think its Capsaicin oil which you're right is extract. I went to this place and tried one of these tenders and I asked why it was darker on the show. She said that the chef stopped adding extract because it was burning peoples faces when it got on the skin.

Well I've done a couple of super hot wing challenges and depending On how empty your stomach is it Burns a lot worse.... I would recommend before doing a hot challenge like this to drink at least 2 tablespoons of pepto bismall maybe 30 minutes before you do the challenge and maybe 2 t 10 minutes before you do the challenge.. The heat is basically releasing all your endorphins as you're a hot fan the real problem is the activate

I am in love again for the first time in two decades
I've not watched an episode of MvF in Lord knows how long. Didn't even know it had a new host. I used to watch it religiously years ago though and most every episode, would wish that I were able to travel with Adam and take on all of these Challenges myself (I love a good challenge, and I LOVE food.) Now seeing a vid of one of my old favorite shows, has placed me right back into the nostalgia of those years, wants and memories.

I took the one-chip challenge, it was hot as hell !!! But it cleared the flem off my lungs. And the funny thing was is that it didn't burn on the way back out...

I tried this challenge and made it through one small bite. I was in severe pain for 4 hours, immediately started vomiting and was sick off and on for 2 days. There is nothing easy about the death row challenge here.
Those are three huge pieces of chicken with the hottest peppers known to man poured on them. Until you take a bite of ghost pepper sauce yourself, you can’t understand how bad it is. It’s like being pepper sprayed in the mouth with pain increasing steadily. Not easy.
It’s should have been 6 tenders, Casey would have shat himself halfway!

I’ve said for years that Big Shakes is the best hot chicken in the Nashville area. I believe their Rambo level chicken is the perfect blend of hot and tasty.
I actually grew scorpion peppers last year. Theres two different kinds. We grew the hotter one, which is the Trinidad Scorpion. Fuckers were unbelievably hot. I eat jalapenos and other stuff everyday. I dried a bunch and turned them into dust.

Water is the absolute worst thing to have with heat intense foods.
Yeah because a lot of those peppers and hot sauces that are created have pepper extract in it which is made by literally putting drain alcohol mixed with the peppers and then strain it.. And we all know alcohol and water don't mix together so drink and water don't mix together so drinking water basically is not doing anything it really just gives you that cold sensation on your lip periodically but that's about it

They should do a hot chicken with Sichuan peppers mixed into the sauce; they induce a tingly numbness in the mouth which brings a whole new dimension ("mala") to spicy foods.
Theres now a Big Shake's in my hometown, bout an hour away from Nashville. This place is the fucking TRUTH. Best chicken anywhere near here.
