I think its Capsaicin oil which you're right is extract. I went to this place and tried one of these tenders and I asked why it was darker on the show. She said that the chef stopped adding extract because it was burning peoples faces when it got on the skin.

Well I've done a couple of super hot wing challenges and depending On how empty your stomach is it Burns a lot worse.... I would recommend before doing a hot challenge like this to drink at least 2 tablespoons of pepto bismall maybe 30 minutes before you do the challenge and maybe 2 t 10 minutes before you do the challenge.. The heat is basically releasing all your endorphins as you're a hot fan the real problem is the activate

Those are three huge pieces of chicken with the hottest peppers known to man poured on them. Until you take a bite of ghost pepper sauce yourself, you can’t understand how bad it is. It’s like being pepper sprayed in the mouth with pain increasing steadily. Not easy.
I actually grew scorpion peppers last year. Theres two different kinds. We grew the hotter one, which is the Trinidad Scorpion. Fuckers were unbelievably hot. I eat jalapenos and other stuff everyday. I dried a bunch and turned them into dust.
I’ve said for years that Big Shakes is the best hot chicken in the Nashville area. I believe their Rambo level chicken is the perfect blend of hot and tasty.
I'm so gonna take that challenge. Hottest I had was a chili I made with 15 ghost peppers. Sometimes I regret making it but I'm a glutton for punishment😈😈

The bad part rarely mentioned is the temperature of the chicken combining with the spice. It’s like a double whammy if burn. At least that’s how it was when I took the blazin challenge. The heat from the oil just gets hotter with no relief lol
I've actually tried Carolina Reaper flavoured food from my local Iceland supermarket which was crispy Carolina Reaper chicken fillets and they were delicious though dud have a somewhat big kick to them, even found they had Carolina Reaper chicken curry, Carolina Reaper pork sausages and Carolina Reaper beef burgers

A few months ago, i tried a Carolina Reaper infused Bicol Express from a food site that excels in Carolina Reapers. Got painful number 2s for a day. But still that damned chili is sure tadty.
Yeah because a lot of those peppers and hot sauces that are created have pepper extract in it which is made by literally putting drain alcohol mixed with the peppers and then strain it.. And we all know alcohol and water don't mix together so drink and water don't mix together so drinking water basically is not doing anything it really just gives you that cold sensation on your lip periodically but that's about it
They should do a hot chicken with Sichuan peppers mixed into the sauce; they induce a tingly numbness in the mouth which brings a whole new dimension ("mala") to spicy foods.

Morrisons do some decent spicy food but I recommend trying pepper's fresh just for the flavour. If you cook them out well they're not too hot 👍
