The interface for r has changed in 2021 version and I'm finding it difficult to apply this tutorial there. Any help with the latest version please

Great channel! How do we get the csv file? Are we required to create it manually via Ms.Excel? Thanks.
I just use Excel to get the original files, or if you have gmail, you can open google 'sheets' (cheap excel freely part of the gmail suite) and when you download (export) the file you can select it to be downloaded as a .csv file.
I have already R installed in my Windows,how do I download and install R studio?
so I am trying to download R studio, but my mac system is older and there are no additional installers for older operating systems...
after opening R studio, Iam getting the Error: The Rstudio server is taking a long time to respond. It is possible your R session has become unresponsive. Do you wish to terminate?"

I love these videos and have just downloaded R and RStudio. I've failed at the first hurdle though: the top left quadrant doesn't exist in mine: the left half of the screen is the "Console" and I enter code into that directly. Do you know why it looks different for me?

Clicked the window pane icon at the top right of the lefthand side pane and it split into 2, giving me the same 4 as he has in the video.

Hi Myra - I think that if you're working on a second computer, you'll have to install the packages again. It shouldn't take too long (and you only have to do it once on each computer). Good luck.

Code is not scary you say? I installed R and R studio following your steps exactly but I get a big fat error when I try to run read.csv("Data/friends.csv")
That`s obviously because you don`t have such a dataset in that location. Use the path to any dataset you do have on your computer.

I downloaded R and the studio and opened them. The result is not like you demonstrate. It offers demos with no explanation as to what each is. Compared to SPSS, this is trash.

Obviously, the instructor is a great guy helping people learn R. but his british-irish mix accent makes it difficult to listen to him. I don't get why British (Scotish, Irish etc) speak so fast. I wish he was Canadian or American so that I could comfortably follow him.
I got a problem to install 1package-i am using R version 4.05.First org.Hs.eg.db this package i want to install.I did it manually by downloading the packages and also from Biocmanager. But when i install it and call for library(org.Hs.eg.db) ,in colsol the bellow command was written
