  • Unlike it's counterpart in Orlando, Disneyland Paris does not offer complimentary transportation from the airport to the official Resorts; (like Hotel Cheyenne or Newport Bay Club). There is no Magical Express in France! Taking the TGV trains is the quickest way to get to the magic if you're flying into Charles de Gaulle airport. #tgv #disneyland #paris

    Morgan, you did a great job composing this video from the views of signage to the map of the train station arriving at Disneyland Paris. I've never been, but this video gives great recommendations for the train. Awesome job!

    We are staying at a hotel in the Val d’Europe area and I know there is an RER station opposite. I believe it is possible to travel from CDG to both Val d’Europe & Marne la Vallee by the RER but can’t find much information, do you have any advice?

    My girlfriend and I want to visit Disneyland in the low season (probably January 2022), so we were wondering what alternatives there are to the slow shuttle bus. Needless to say, this video more than answered that question. Thanks for that!
    The only real question now is... Does the TGV have frequent train rides from CDG to Disneyland in the winter too? Also, how are things when wanting to get from Disneyland to CDG in the afternoon?

    • @VeryunOfficialTravelGuides
      @VeryunOfficialTravelGuides  2 года назад +1

      They have at least one train per hour, so you'll have to decide if that is frequent enough for you ;-P Same way on the way back to CDG. You can find all the timetables on the website for the TGV.

      Yes, they are available! If you download the Disneyland Paris app, you can find out where and when they are happening the day you are there. Who's your fav character?

      No you can't, the pass only work for parisien commun transport and the train from the airport to disneyland is a hight speed train.

    Just checked TGV, it is so costly. $45 for 1 ticket. Wheras 60eur for taxi from paris airport. Thats a cheaper option if you are 2.

    • @VeryunOfficialTravelGuides

      There are definitely lifts in the airport and at the Marne le Vallee train station, and the TGV trains are so modern I am ASSUMING they have a solution to accommodate wheelchairs. I am not an expert, however, so it's best to check with the TGV website.

      For certain countries it usually won't be as it's Schengen to Schengen - same border control zone.
      However, for now they do have individual border controls active, so until further notice the answer is yes.

    Can anybody confirm if the trains are safe to take at night? Me and my lady are concerned leaving Disneyland late at night back to central Paris back to our hotel 12:00 AM. Our hotel is a few minutes walk from train station.

    • @goltod2364
      @goltod2364 4 месяца назад +1

      If you speak about the RER A, it is safe Especially if you leave when the park closes the train will be filled with other passengers coming from Dysneland (I also advise you to leave a little earlier if you want to have a seat, the train being crowded during the returns). Personally I have taken it several times and never had a problem.

    I've used it before and it's the best bet, but last time I reserved months in advance a TGV from CDG to Disneyland Paris - Marne la Vallé Chéssy for Christmas 2019. Arrived from Lima, Peru. Cancelled due to transport strike in France and I had to hire the Magical Shuttle. Never got a refund from OUI, they only gave me a travel voucher which -as a tourist, was totally useless to me.
