Heat wave conditions in Noordoewer - nbc

This week's temperatures at the border town of Noordoewer in southern Namibia are said to have soared to record highs.
Residents of the town have consistently experienced temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius this past week, with the mercury reportedly peaking at above 50 degrees by Thursday.
