Another great video Paul and well done. I've watched so many of your SWCP videos and have enjoyed them often with my Mum and we both love Cornwall. All the best crossing the finish line (which you may have done by now). I'm sure that will be an emotion moment for you to finish the 630 miles. And then on to your next challenge. We've just purchased some coffee for you and hope you enjoy it.
Thank you Andrew, so glad you and your mum have enjoyed watching. Cornwall was a joy to walk. I was sad to have finished that section. As you say I have now finished the path, the video will be up shortly, it was a strange feeling, one of both joy and sadness. I hope you enjoy the final part, oh and thank you for the coffee, it’s very kind of you.
Great video mate. It's great seeing the trip from another perspective, lots of views from Weymouth and Osmington mills that I didn't pick up on when I made the treck.
Looks like a fantastic area. The climbs look long and steep. But most of all they look as if they will crumble and fall into the sea in not so long time. Thank you for sharing 😊
That is exactly right Torunn, as with much of the coast, it is constantly being eroded and there is lots of evidence of that along this final stretch to South Haven Point.
@@pilgrimpaul7798 Yes, I have read about it over the years and seen photos of it. And I have also myself seen that the path has been diverted some places due to land slides and cliff falls.
Another great one Paul. 2 days to go? It's a fantastic walk, I did with a friend who wanted to join me for a day but had never done any walking. All those ups n downs in that lovely view you mentioned going in to Durdle Door nearly killed them. First and last time for them I think. £51 is just too much. I don't usually wild camp but I don't think I could bring myself to pay that.
That was a tough introduction for them if they don’t do any walking! I know, I was really torn over wanting to have somewhere safe and convenient to stay, but also not wanting to be ripped off. In the end I decided to get ripped off 🤣
Hi Paul mate, well done for another great film. I recall being outraged at that campsite who charged me £30 for a one night backpacking stay, three years ago. It was the most expensive camp on the whole SWCP, and somewhat exploitative imo. It has now increased by over 66% in three years, way way way above the rate of inflation. Disgusting! Clearly backpackers are not welcome, so should avoid staying here at all costs. I genuinely hope their unethical greedy attitude backfires in time. They do not deserve peoples support. Rant over! Looking forward to your finale in due course, (tho I wont be buying you a coffee, its your hobby for god's sake!!!) Atb mate.
£51 for a campsite!! Wowww!! I'll be walking a section of SWCP next year as part of my 2 month long holiday in the UK. Can I just walk it without carrying a map? There are sign posts, right?
You must do the pembrokeshire one
I might do. I’m sure I would enjoy that.

Thank you. I try and remember to look back. It’s easy to forget there are great views in that direction as well.
Good to see the views I missed in the rain and low cloud. Some big hills in those last days. Looking forward to your next vids 👍
Sometimes it’s best not to see how big the climbs are! Weather took a turn the next day 🌧️

£51 a night I hope they pitched the tent for you 😂 great views as usual enjoyed the watch and coffee brought for you 👍
Outrageous isn’t it. There is no other choice so they can get away with it. Thank you for the coffee, really kind of you.
Starting to get abit emotional watching this one.
LOVE this page ..... followed you the whole way. Many thanks from Newquay.
Thanks so much 😊
Thanks!
Hi Jeff. Very kind my friend. Thank you 🙏

@pilgrimpaul7798 fair enough - as we all know on the SWCP, sometimes you've just got to do what you've got to do

Having watched your videos for some time, I can picture you having that same rant 🤣

Yes it’s is very well signed. The most confusing sections are in the towns. I use the OS Maps app on my phone if I need to check anything.
My gob has just dropped, £51, jeezo, I cud swear😢
Yes outrageous isn’t it.
