- Hello everyone! This is Humming.
FIRST OF ALL I AM SORRY.
I’ve been sooooo lazy with editing.
Yes, I had exams, but the main culprit was poor time management. (I started playing TFT 3 weeks ago and I’ve played so much that I’m currently D3. Maybe I’ll stream and be a GirL gAMeR uwu.)
I still recorded a lot of footage throughout the semester though, so I’ll try to spam some vlogs during the winter break to show you how my first semester in med school went!

I don’t recommend grilling Wagyu. The pan sear method protects the delicate flavor and texture of true Wagyu beef while preventing serious flare-ups due to the intense marbling. You want the indirect heat to touch the internal fat so it emulsifies and turns into the beautifully unctuous eating experience you look for in Wagyu. I recommend cooking Wagyu to Rare-to-Medium-Rare for this reason.
Take the internal temperature of the steak and if it reads 125, remove steaks from the pan and let them rest 5 minutes under tented foil If the temperature is not yet at 125, lower your flame to medium and cook an additional 1-2 minutes on each side. Rest steaks and then slice and serve.

Hey!! I love the 12.9 big screeeen but I also haven't used the smaller ones :p In Canada, most of the med school spots are for Canadian citizens / permanent residents but there are a few schools (like UofT) that have a small number of international spots!
