You tube controls Every thing they shorts, comments from viewers, cute click bate titles, and I have watched channels that have increased theirs by channel subscriberS. And it worked. But Matthew knows how you tube works God Bless you
I started following because of the "van life" but then became totally entranced by the beautiful Canadian scenery. Thank you for sharing the beauty of your country, Matthew!
I sure hope you clean up all your stuff and leave it better than they had it when you leave your mom and dad’s house. 😉 I know they would appreciate it.
Everyone is the van life seems to be drawn to a setting with water maybe it’s the van down by the River thing, but it’s cool because we get to see some beautiful Canadian scenery! Thanks Matt, your life is incredible and I always wish you the very best!
Nice _save_ with the black tape. Hey, someday when you open that top storage container, put some of that black tape on the inside where the crack is too! Double zap it!
I always enjoy your videos. I love the humor and when you have the pirate princess with you. She's absolutely charming. You're my version of Calgon, your videos give me a break from real life.
I'm really liking how the poop apartment is coming along! I'm really excited to see the finished Lucky 2.0, I really liked the original build, but between the fold out, swivel seat, and the potential TV location it feels much more pleasant to spend time in the van than before.
GREAT job on the Diesel heater system ...very NICEEEEE!🙌🎉. LUV that pull-up counter conveniently near the swivel seat ...and a L-shaped counter for kitchen area sounds SWEEEEET!☺️. It's looking AWESOME, Matthew ...sooooo happy for you!👍🤗💖😇
wahoo I see a Canadian Lumberjack, swinging that axe, having destructive fun, The beginning of another song?? That door slamming onto the closure of the diesel intake space just shows that the gremlins do not enjoy the happiness of success. I enjoy hearing "A future Mathew problem" because that means there is more content to come, Quality Content. Thank you Mathew.
Trying to play catch up with all your videos. Haven’t watched this one yet but wanted to say hi. I had a relapse of my stroke and trying to get better. Your videos Matthew are what is helping me out with the healing and rehabilitation. Thank you for being on RUclips. You’re the best out there. God Bless!
Matthew I know you are getting excited to be at the final stretch of Lucky 2.0 but TRY to slow down! I noticed you are lifting and carrying stuff in a not so back friendly/protected way!! Stay strong and healthy so you will be able to enjoy your much improved tiny home on wheels 💖
as my dad always told me ...trial and error, trial and error, nothing ventured, nothing gained....with everything I tackled, I pulled myself up by my boot strap's and dug in.....learned as I went....💕 denise from pa
Another hour of my favorite content creator. I always look forward to your videos Matthew. ❤ PS..maybe just a thin bungee cord will keep your ladder in place when you open the door.🤷♀️
I like the location and way you have installed your diesel heater system. Makes a lot of sense. Also great if parking/stealth sleeping in city, next to a sidewalk, it's not blowing toward anyone walking by on sidewalk. Everything is looking great inside too.
Napa is a good place to get FueL Line hose cheap, whatever length you want. Do what NO other VanLifer has done before.Install a 2 diesel heater in the back and run both. I read you can Rotate the heater 90 degrees Glow Plug facing up.Exit through Side of Van.It’s gonna be chilly back there in the Winter. Take it easy man.
Your home is starting to look really good and seems way better setup and like you have more room for all your “stuff”. Great job! Love the music in your videos too. 👏🏼👍🏻😁😺❤️😊
Enjoying watching your Van build. Your home is going to be great. I was pretty bummed to see the door cover to the diesel was open when you shut the door. Your reaction was pretty calm compared to how I would have reacted. Keep up the good work its looking good.
I love "Happy Accident" on the build. I'm 80 percent compete on mine and I do not know how many times I thought I had made a mistake but in the end...It worked out. Love the videos and see you on the other side my friend.
Wow,you got alot accomplished on Lucky, not much left to do! Safe travels to Calgary! Don't forget to make a list of what you need for the rest of your build. Hi to Penny! Keep smiling!
Here's a tip for your multi-plug shore power inside Lucky. In my home kitchen, I took the plug cover off, found where I could safely screw the bottom plate to the wall, and then snap the plug cover back onto it, and it's been there secured for years.
Matthew, I just want to say that I was really struggling to keep working on my bus, and this series with Lucky 2.0 has ignited a fire under me (in a good way). Thank you so much for the great content! Hopefully, I'll be ready to show my bus to you all in June.
2.0 is looking cool. The OG design was like a guy apartment, neat with style and 'homey'. With the new shiney black counters its looking more like a condo. Very nice 👌✨🔨🔧
Matt try heating the ends of the piples with a container of warm water until end are soft then connect them to the filters, the heater and tank. Normally gives a tighter fit. With the ladder use Velcro to keep it attached to door or cupboard.
I tried to tell you not to shut the door on the fuel door! I tried to warn you not to back the van in with the tuli open. It's like you don't hear me yelling at you from New York. I'm digging all the bandaids.
@@007nadineL yah! Lucky duck bandaids! With clover and rubber ducks on them. Well and a 🐈. Penny needs to represent! The Matthew Allen brand bandaids.😂😂😂
That was a delightful video Matthew. I'm almost caught up...but alas I'm away tomorrow until Thursday and will get behind again. Ah well. The delighted smile on your face...bursting with pride. "LOOKIT WHAT I DID!" Getting the diesel heater in and the pump drawing fuel, I was applauding. The muffler placement is fabulous! I won't worry about your tires now. Thank you for considering MY comfort. LOL. And the stare into the camera with "those aren't even" SQUIRREL sent me...I haven't laughed that hard in a while. Thank you for being you.
Put a disconnect on your solar. Any solar ( even a small bit) will knock your dc charger into a 25A limit on your alternator charge. I turn off my solar when van is running and turn on when parked. Gives me the full 49ish amps when driving. Nice videos. Thanks
A single velcro strap screwed into place would likely be all you need to keep the ladder from falling out when you open that side door. Good place for it!
Hey..you should paint the white part of that plastic door to your diesel nozzle thing you cracked and put black tape over with that tan color so that it matches the rest of your outside.
Looking good!!! Order the shelf brackets and pre paint the other foldout counter. Then later it will be an easy install. Definitely add vertical supports if possible and one horizontal to make it more ridgid. Can't wait to see end results. Whole new living space. Watch your back!!!
KUDOS!!!! Its EPIC💜💜💜How you saw the vision is very impressive!! Side Note... your sayings are stuck in my head.... future Lisa problem, get your poop in a group ! LOL , Your ABSOFU**LUTLEY AWESOME!!!
You don't need to swivel your passenger seat when driving. All I do is use the back adjuster and push the back "forward", that clears the view for my side mirror.
'Sesame Snaps' was the term you were searching for. I would suggest, whether or not you replace, or just repair the fuel door, that you add a string or wire or whatever, to limit the opening arc of the door.. bummer, as you said, it didn't even see the launch of L 2.0. lol. I was one of those who warned about hot batteries.. warmed my heart when you showed it first time with the flow control built in.👍🏼✌🏼🇨🇦
Very Good Matthew!......Just a Thought...with that ladder by the door, there maybe won't be enough room for the flip up table facing outward...Oh no! I'm one of those guys giving advice. Sorry
Love the 🎶! Really is coming together. Are you going to put wood on your back windows? Sure would help keep it warmer in the winter. Safe trip on the road again😊😊😊
I would do a bit about the rust later on, because it is infectious. Keep a close eye on it! Because when this starts to really hit, it will hit you hard....
Also recommend a hydraulic crimper as opposed to soldering if you ever rewire your batteries, probably available at the powerfist place (princess auto?)
Just a heads up, if you put the ladder by the side door it might not leave enough room for the fold out table you were talking about. Thanks for all you do and stay safe.
If I lived in New Denver, I wouldn't get anything done...I'd just get a chair and sit at that lake all day! Just beautiful! Thanks Matthew!
Great video Matthew’s. You’re almost done, yah. Have a good weekend bud. See you in the next one. Thanks for the quality content.
How is it you're not at 100k with 60 watchers within 2 min? Crazy! Love these.
You’re here and that’s what matters!
That’s a very sympathetic answer Matthew!
🧐Could it be, Matthew has that many LOYAL SUPPORTERS?😍
Always wondering the same thing 👍🏻

I would definitely do two other pull out table you will love the versatility of having them.
Your home is looking sweet.
I forgot to add that a fold out table for the outside is a good idea. You do a lot of camping and it’s too hot to cook inside in the summer.😊😊
I'm really liking how the poop apartment is coming along! I'm really excited to see the finished Lucky 2.0, I really liked the original build, but between the fold out, swivel seat, and the potential TV location it feels much more pleasant to spend time in the van than before.

Giving you a ❤ for the scenery and a 👍 for the algorithm.
Just an Amazing opening shot. Hi Matthew. Hope the heater hose does NOT melt the Battery itself.
Hi Mike! Thank you
Beautiful scenery! Loved the slow mo with the axe! 🤣 Great video Matthew! 🎉😊🍀🏴☠️🍻

Exciting to see the Vanbuild Chronicles continue! Your dedication and multitasking skills are admirable. Can't wait to see Lucky 2.0 come together!

I am so happy that the brackets worked so well! I love watching you building Lucky! 💕💕

love the new colour Matthew less chaotic on the eyes, 😍😍
You are making a fantastic job on your van/ home Matthew xx
Looks great! The interior looks so nice and streamlined.
I feel your anxiety waiting for the heater to fill and work. How I understand that with other things. Bless your heart. Hope it works out

Excellent vlog as ever young man. Gorgeous scenery, your country is very beautiful. Much love to you and yours from the UK 🇬🇧

Lucky looks great😊
Such pretty scenery. Hi Matthew & Ms Penny. Good video and no thumbs were damaged.👍👋😁🍀
Got tired just watching you. Hope your night was peaceful 🌙

Velcro straps that go around the leg of the ladder and connect back on itself could be attached to the door or the cabinet wouldn't take up any space
Boy, you took that broken fuel door rather well . Your going to have a nice open area
Thanks for sharing, cheers 🍺🍺

Great video. I ❤ all the loose ends getting taken care of. Good job. ❤❤
How funny I just finished eating two hard boiled eggs and then I snickered because I’m watching your video. 😂❤
Looking good so far 😊
Hello Matthew and Penny 😁😊❤️
Awesome video. You are so creative❤❤❤

😮...fuel door😤Dang the bad luck!!! ...moving right along😅
Hey..you should paint the white part of that plastic door to your diesel nozzle thing you cracked and put black tape over with that tan color so that it matches the rest of your outside.
That Y vent is awesome perfect for your application
Good evening sir 💚💚💚 I hope you're wonderful
Doing pretty well!
Great intro for one who doesn't have a drone!! 🤭💛
you can try a weedeater fuel filter on the fuel pickup inside of the tank, that way you can use one line with out cuts in it
Looking good!!! Order the shelf brackets and pre paint the other foldout counter. Then later it will be an easy install. Definitely add vertical supports if possible and one horizontal to make it more ridgid. Can't wait to see end results. Whole new living space. Watch your back!!!
Love, love your drone footage of that area! Thanks!
Now the fuel door matches to Thule!😂
KUDOS!!!! Its EPIC💜💜💜How you saw the vision is very impressive!! Side Note... your sayings are stuck in my head.... future Lisa problem, get your poop in a group ! LOL , Your ABSOFU**LUTLEY AWESOME!!!
Hi Matt and Penny 😊👋🇨🇦
That was a great video . 😄
You could use a white paint marker to mark you vent valve to know open or closed position

YIKES!

Haha all good, that table has been axed!
Love to see the water and the mountains..almost..almost makes you want to get your toes qet
your insightfulness is insightfull many thanks xoox
Hi Matthew 👋 and kittie 😸
Love the new build. I am so frustrated with diesel heaters that i am making a huge change to a heater/ac unit powered by a battery.
@11:17 I am so stoked that I could make suggestion and have it be read in a timely manner to be put to use!!!
🤩
I shall be watching tonight Mathew xx
Hi Matthew congratulations glad your Heater is working Lucky is looking brilliant 👏 xx
Also recommend a hydraulic crimper as opposed to soldering if you ever rewire your batteries, probably available at the powerfist place (princess auto?)
Through a sticker or two on the little diesel door cover 🙂
Reminds me of the fax machine destruction in ' Office Space'!!
This was so interesting we stayed up late to finish watching....😊
Hi Mathew watching day after but made through hip surgery now have to through PT.
Just a heads up, if you put the ladder by the side door it might not leave enough room for the fold out table you were talking about. Thanks for all you do and stay safe.
No one could ever accuse you of being a perfectionist. lol
Big fan of Matt's. 🙂
Sitting here by myself, watching you ,and laughing out loud. You are such a goof!! Look forward to your posts on a daily basis❤️❤️
Hey Matt just a suggestion you should put a heat shield between the exhaust and the fuel line hate to see something go poof
