Thankyou for sharing this. Being in the US I will benefit from this recipe. Thankyou for uploading it now as it is almost summer here on the East Coast of America and it is the best time to make this mixture and store for the winter. Also after a year I opened the shrimp pickle that I made following your recipe. It was so delicious. I saw your Bombay duck pickle recipe. I am also going to make that.
