Ok but can we talk about how they kept the Dwayne thing? For context, when first showing Sensei/week 6, a random RUclips comment said “he looks like a Dwayne”. One of the devs commented on it and said “his name is now Dwayne”. Guess they liked that joke so much they kept it as Spirit’s name
D-Sides, is probably one of the best mods in the community right now. The innovation alone puts this on top. They really didn’t screw around with the purpose of this mod. ‘A fresh new coat of paint on FNF’ Everything is almost flipped and changed in a unique way. It’s pretty cool.
I miss the style the old songs had, they felt new, difficult, and like a full recreation. These just feel like an overcharted remix. Look at what they did to Foolhardy, that 1000+ song was turned into something that doesn't play or sound like it at all.
I absolutely LOVED the extra weeks that were packed in this update. Zardy looks so sick here and his song rocks! The main weeks 6 and 7 took the cake of being straight up bangers too, It's almost hard to pick a favorite song lol but this is exactly why D-sides is one of my most favorite mods. This was very worth the wait and I had a blast playing through it on launch!

I can't believe it either, a classic mod has come to FNF to give us more music, more story and more D-Side style characters. I'm so happy that I think today is going to be a great day, and all thanks to the only FNF channel that, even today, continues with the rhythm in its veins. I haven't enjoyed a FNF mod like this for so long! 80% of the remixes in this mod are better than the original songs, I definitely have to make room for several songs in my playlist. Congratulations to the D-Sides team for creating such a great mod!
