Hi! Yes, more caster and toe out will get the car closer to that feeling
I’m thinking of changing from a pillow ball buggy to a c-hub thus considering the mp10 tki3 but I’m worried it’ll be very aggresive to drive

You have all kind of setup and tuning options, thus the rear end on the MP10 is also very stable so no worries, you won’t be disappointed !
