Frank S. Giaoui, Founder and CEO of Optimalex is a serial entrepreneur and founder in the financial industry before suffering a serious accident - and realising the numerous problems facing the insurance claims space. He then decided to develop a solution to address these challenges so that claimants could be fairly compensated.
We caught up with him at Insurtech Insights USA 2024 last month in New York to find out more.
He says: Claims is a convergence of customer satisfaction and profit - the top two priorities for any business. Customers don't buy a policy - you buy a potential claim. And you judge the service of the carrier at the time of the claim - when you are super sensitive."
