Amanda the Adventurer 2 follows Riley Park, who, after seeing what was contained on the mysterious tapes in their attic, travels to the Kensdale Public Library to investigate further. Upon arriving, they're greeted by a masked figure who claims to know their Aunt Kate, before she died and needs their help finding something Aunt Kate had left in the library. They also warn of a powerful entity that seems to be drawn to the tapes.

I just realized her “I like to daydream about all the places I could have gone” except it cutting to her saying “I like the think about all the places we can go” is the tv forcing her to say things out of her will, while she can’t escape and see the world
I don’t necessarily think it’s the tv forcing her. I think it’s the demon inside her speaking things so that we don’t try to save her. Which is why we see her break character sometimes.
For example at 6:55, when Amanda says: “Do you really think you could do that?” the screen turns red and Amanda’s eye is twitching.. We also know that Amanda’s real name is Rebecca. So Whoever is controlling Amanda obviously doesn’t want us to “Visit” her. Or more so Save her. And when you mention Kate at 3:10, Amanda says: “I wish I could still visit her”, before cutting off. Hameln is really f*cked up for keeping her trapped like this.

I’m surprised no one has tried “blabbot” there, especially since in the first game he said “don’t forget about me” when you had to put water on him.

*FOR Y'ALL TO CATCH UP ON THE LORE*
*(⚠️SPOILER WARNING⚠️):*
1. In this game we get the theory confirmed, that Amanda is indeed trapped.
2. The Rooster we sell, which she refers to as "he", is Sam Colton, as hinted at in the last game.
The code, when you click the possum aka swiper instead of doing nothing, gives you a code of "V_e1_s9c_8". Everything before the "_8" is a tape's name in the game's files. We still have no clue what the 8 means as of right now.
3. The menu screen dice cipher just says
"HE
TRIED
TO FIND
ME"
4. Noone knows for sure yet, if Wooly is ever going to be back. Amanda vaguely remembers him, but doesn't really care that he's gone. Infact, she seems to find it a good thing. It could be though, that Wooly was under HamelN's control and is now officially for this whole game replaced with the possum.
5. Speaking about the possum, again, noone knows what this is. Not even Amanda. In the trailer, she asks "How did you even get in? Who are you? Get out of here!". That's yet to be figured out.
6. At the very beginning of the tape, we hear slight errors in Amanda's voice. Not glitches, but actual errors. She breathes very weirdly, which is a mistake that you often see ai do, when it's trying to mimic a voice. And in the last game, we saw in the tape that HamelN were training the machine to mimic Rebecca's voice. So yeah, that's not much tho.
7. When she in the trailer says "We shouldn't talk about them", it's most likely her parents she's talking about. Since, she mentioned them in the last game's tape 1 "In The Kitchen!".
8. The amount of coins you have if you click the possum early, is 4. She uses all coins then. If you let them fight and ignore them, she ends up with 6. Meaning, in the final game, it's confirmed that we'll be able to use 2 more coins for something potentially. Like, more routes.
9. Amanda's clothes change basically everytime we see her in her bedroom??? No clue why.
10. Amanda asks "But i guess we all get a little scared at night?". Then she asks "What are YOU afraid of?", THEN PROCEEDS TO POINT AT HERSELF AND GIGGLES LIKE WHY LMAO??? AMANDA I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE SHOW AND NOT BE EVIL??

Even, when you type "Rebecca", "Amanda" or "You", she gets irritated for some reason and her eye twitches and screen overlays a slight red filter for second. In older demos, it's more easier to notice, how Wooly is trying to keep her calm and not aggressive, but at the same time he wants to keep her in the show. Which is why she killed him or whatever. She wants OUT, in short.

Amanda's reaction to the ''Sam'' definitely shows she remembers who she is, another thing I spotted is where she says ''I wish I could still visit her'' where you type Kate, this could show they both were close before the show might've happened (Not 100% accurate just a thought)
