Man, it was wild how fast this fight went from "Jesus christ how am I even supposed to survive let alone do damage" to "oh so EZ they had to add a second phase because parry too stronk". Really fun boss fight though, enjoying the heck out of this game so far.
@@McFluffles01I’m going thru this right now. Been waiting for this to come to ps5. First two attempts got melted in seconds and was like oh no the first skill check and I’m toast😂😂 after about 10 minutes of trying now and I’ve gotten him down to like 15%. Great boss to help ya learn It’s 2 phases 😭😭 Just beat it 😅 prolly took bout 30 minutes man that was fun. So satisfying to tai kick parry his crimson spear thrusts😊
@@murky16I barely started yesterday because a friend recommended it since I got game pass,I thought I was good at parrying because I played god of war,boy this boss proved me wrong so many times
@@alastor8091 It took me until Lady Ethereal to actually learn to slow down and focus on parrying and only attacking during safe openings. Jiequan took me like 30 tries. I'm too used to hollow knight lol
@@nezzaUwU Same, Ethereal was the first boss that actually took me a really good number of tries. But I'm very used to platformers. I think Jiequan would be this game's Genichiro for most people.
