Perhaps J K Rowling could set up a publishing company to publish people like Gillian. This would also have the benefit of employing some of those who have been 'cancelled'.

The degree of moral cowardice on the boards of many copmanies and public bodies is staggering.

I received death threats for being a HP fan and liking supporting JK ROWLING. I even received a death threat as a letter to my house.
I have two kids who love reading. I'll have to see what kinds of books Gillian has and maybe add her to my kids' bookshelves.

Men need women just as much as we need them, and not just to continue the human race but we balance each other out in our skills and abilities, these activist groups are for the erasure of biological sex and have targeted women particularly since we are the sex that gives birth to the human race in the first place, erase our history as well - an activist from Stonewall saying that Elizabeth the first was non binary, this is despite the fact that she has been quoted to say "I may have the body of a weak and feeble woman, but the heart of a Lion" She knew what sex she was.
There needs to be a new society of authors.

Surely Rowling and others could create their own publishing house and release their stories without the interference by the weak and Left.
Only the market can cancel a person or company. If the market wants a product they will buy it from whoever sells it. Also, if one distributor or employer tries to cancel a person or product the market wants, then that distributor/employer risk being cancelled by the market. They can all become bud light if they want, but we will buy what we want and reject what we don't want. We will even go out of our way to tip the scale against the dei/esg wokesters.

This isn’t the end of her career. There are plenty of publishers who wouldn’t care about this (albeit in the minority) and if she has an established back catalogue and fanbase she could pivot to self publishing
Bloomsbury would not give a crap, they don't care about this crap and have always stood with JK Rowling. Bloomsbury (UK Children's book Publisher) are the official publisher of Harry Potter books and still publishing JK Rowling HP books to this day and they have always supported and fully respected JK Rowling as a author of the HP books.
