- In November 2021, Dynamo Productions operated an all day photographers special on the Northern Central Railway, formerly known as Steam Into History. The star of the day was Northern Central Railway 4-4-0 17, named the "York." This 2013-built Civil War era replica American type steam locomotive led a train of wooden passenger cars down the old NCR to spots that rarely see steam. This included the Civil War era house at Glatfelters Station, and Howard Tunnel, one of the oldest still active railroad tunnels in the United States.
With picture perfect weather and Civil War reenactors joining for scenes, it was a stellar day of photography and runbys. We thank the NCRR crews and volunteers for making the day as impressive as it was, as well as the 20+ photographers and friends who made the event possible.

तृ यू आ🥰😊😁😁🤣😀😆😆😇😅😂😉
One underrated sight is watching fall leaves fly around the train as it runs by, as if nature it self welcomes the presence of this ol machine
Never once saw an old American type like this one carry such a high amount of carriages. I love listening to that chimney roar.
Excellent video! Glad I was able to attend the charter!
Glad you enjoyed this and the event
It was a great day. Interesting to see the angles from a few feet from where I was standing!
Glad you enjoyed
When the title said it's was a photo thing, I expected a slide show. This was so much better!!!
❤ What a beautiful and iconic locomotive! Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed
@@DynamoProductions-trains I love it so much
Awesome video! Number 17 on the 17th of November. My birthday, what could top this---nothing. Thanks for making my special day complete.
Glad you enjoyed it and glad we could make it such a special day
Excellent work!
Thanks
Great stuff guys!
Thanks
Great video, Dynamo. I like the York 17 very much.
Thanks
Wonderful video :)
Thank you
Awesome video!
Glad you enjoyed
I'm still impress with the speed they are able to get now. I live within five miles of the line and been watching the track crew replace the ties over the last year, and I figured something like 10 miles an hour if that... nope twice as fast with what you have here.
New Subscriber!
Thanks for subbing!
Dang, wish I had known. I could have shown up in my CW era civilian attire... I took part in a night time photo shoot they had a few years back. Pre-Covid.
We'll be running more photo charters in the future, including more events on the NCR. You can follow our charters page, or sign up for our email list. railroader1108.wixsite.com/dynamo-productions-/charters

Nice Video
Glad you enjoyed
Great video, keep shooting😉😉🇷🇺
Thanks
Must of been a lot of hard work to get this photo charter ready since you were hoisting it but was worth it in the end.
It was a lot of work, as all charters are, however it was well worth while putting the event on for such a wonderful group of railfans. This was our teams 7th charter, and surely will not be our last.
@@DynamoProductions-trains sounds great!
So nicr
-----------OUTSTANDING ! but one question, does this train have a bathroom? Only accessible from the car it's in, or everyone can cross between cars????
Best car to enjoy the ride, Lincoln, right?
Did it travel down the full length of the line, if so where does it end past hanover junction?
The train went as far as Howard tunnel.
From the fire box door and color of smoke I'm guessing oil fired?
Yes, the No. 17 is oil fired.
How about getting this engine rebuilt: ruclips.net/video/alBQrdkhPEA/видео.html
