Zatoichi is my favorite fictional character, by far, and this video does a better job of showing the depth of the character than any other short video I've seen. Magnificent.
I truly appreciate the I Ichi character and the fact that he protects the underdogs and the weak people who have been abused and \or taken advantage of by the rich and powerful. I've have watched so many videos of I hi and have enjoyed every movie and episode !! This was a great montage of his sword skills. ICHI ROCKS!

勝新、「市」を私たちにありがとうございます。
私が小さい頃は、毎日のようにTVで座頭市を観れました。
だが，その時は全く興味がなかったです。（女性なので尚更）
大人になってから、たまたま観ましたら、勝新太郎の演技力や，物語の奥深さや哀しみに圧倒されました。
RUclipsを観るようになり、海外の人気も高いと知り，驚きました。
勝新太郎が亡くなり、もう随分と時が経ちましたが、今さらながら古いDVDを買い集めるようになりました。
映画版，TV版を全部合わせると膨大な数が放映されたようです。
あのブルースリーが座頭市が好きだった… との逸話は日本人として嬉しいです。
座頭市はBSフジテレビで再放送で何度か見た事あります。一番驚いたのはゲスト出演する俳優さんが沢山いるという事です。特に驚いたのは石原裕次郎さんです。郷ひろみさん、梅宮辰夫さん、森繁久彌さん、根津甚八さん、十朱幸代さんも出ていました
