So, I guess, this could be the reason for no change in weight from 3rd week to 4th week. And also, for women, hormone changes happen around our period cycle will also be another reason! Oats is high in sugar and carbs and high in peptide too. Select your vegetables and pulses, some contain high sugar and carb. Not all are good for everybody. Listen to your body. Reduce carb, increase your protein. If you go on protein and high fat diet, you will loose faster, your body will be strengthened, you will not feel tired and lethargic. You will be able to sustain or prolong your hunger. Will eliminate inflammation from your body. Your skin will be firm and protect you bones. You may try OMAD with high protein and good fat. I notice you and your family often fall sick. All the best and keep up your determination.
