  • 👉👉Check out the store: store.michaelf... In this final part of Michael's sitdown with Mike Tyson, Iron Mike discussed what his life was before boxing and how Cus D'Amato redirected Tyson's life from a gangster to becoming one of the best heavyweight boxers in the history of boxing. Patti and Tyson also addressed the nasty rumors spreading about Cus D'Amato being blatant and calling Tommy Gallagher a "big phony", an outright lie according to them.

Love Mike! Bless him. I used to stay up late back in the uk to watch the tyson fights in the 80s with my father. We were both huge fans of the D’Amato and tyson relationship. My dad taught me to box when I was young because I was bullied at school. And I got stronger.. And soon enough I set the bullies straight and got respect. And no one ever messed with me again. Both your stories are a great inspiration to me. God bless you too. 🙏🏽❤️

Great interview! I've been watching Mike for many years. I watched him come up in the ranks then fall down....way down and always a part of me knew a great deal of the fall was because of the people in his life. What a huge disappointment that must have been for him. I watched him raise racer pigeons which is kind of a lost art now a days and it made me appreciate him even more. So happy he came back and is better than ever.

Hi Michael. I am an Italian-American, I lived in the US when I was little, in NYC... now I am back in Italy since 96'. I just wanna tell you how inspirational you are, not for being part of the mob, but because of what you say about that time, your family, your kids, your wife... You don't praise your past, you explain it and make it understandable to people that only think of the mob in a movie kind of way.
My personal heroes are Paolo Borsellino, Giovanni Falcone and all the other people who fought cosa nostra and died doing that, but seeing your life-ark and how you turned around made me understand at 36, watching your podcasts, that not everyone in the mob has to be like that, they have a soul and can come around if put in the right direction. You gave me such a good insight into something that I have always detested (but studied for years) and thought I knew very well.
I am not a religious person, but I really believe something far greater than life touched your soul and made you a messenger of life. I know you will never come to Italy, you explained that, but damn it... we would really need someone like you to give us a POV that would make understanding la mafia much easier. This is such a sensitive topic as an Italian, I hope you get what I am trying to tell you. Be good, Michael... a big fan of yours from Milano.

Michael, I totally agree with you when you say you do not feel morally wrong, doing that to the govt. I am totally the same, I do not regret things I did in the past against the government. So glad you started this one with the clip of Mike saying if you aint clever enough to be my friend. Awesome!!! These 3 vids are some of your best yet. I know your vids have helped people to make better choices! You talk from experience, and choosing the better way is the best way for sure! I also loved hearing Mike's stories from his youth. Tom reiterating those tales, from his point of view, was also amazing! The way they talk about Cus, he must have been some man indeed! When you all talk about that transition point, which then leads to you changing your life, instead of keep choosing a bad path, wow... Absolute truth right there! All 3 of you made this so special! I am looking forward to when you guys sit down together again! Shared on @OpenMediaOne . Thank You!

Seeing Cus and Muhammad Ali, another larger than life character, going back & forth is brilliant. You can see Ali respected Cus and saw that he wasn’t an easy man to break, both men were imposing their will on each other lol
