I'm tempted to do this with my mom. We've eaten a ton of veggie burgers and different meat burgers. I've thought a few veggie burgers were actually bison burgers because they usually add spices that I seem to read as gamey (love that flavour). That burger at the place w drag bingo w thousand island sauce 😀. It looks so good. I'm going to Niagara Falls in Sept, I'll try the burger there 🙂

Made with peas, NOT keto (lots of carbs due to the peas)...and yes, I know she didn't say anything about keto but peas and corn have very little nutritional value. I would stick to regular beef. Very starchy, not healthy. But good option for vegans.
Still boggles my mind how anyone could eat something like a beyond burger and still miss a real burger... a poor cow cried and screamed for its life before having its throat slit and hung by a leg to bleed out. People are so desensitized. Plant based is the way to go, period.

I was literally talking about beyond meat yesterday with my family. I’ve been vegetarian my entire life and have never once tried meat, and if I ever eat meat I supposedly will get super sick because my body won’t recognize it. But anyway yesterday I went with my family to get lunch and I ordered a vegi burger while my dad ordered an actual burger. The person who brought it to us just threw them all on the table and I asked which one the vegi burger was and he was like “I think it’s this one” and he wasn’t actually sure. I asked the waitress and she also had no idea which one was meat and which was not. I then said I couldn’t just eat the one they think may be vegetarian because I’ll get super ill. She then got annoyed and asked if she should ask them to remake it. I said that it was okay and just didn’t eat. She tried to charge me for it, but I refused (because I couldn’t even eat it). Being a vegetarian I really don’t want my food to taste and look like meat. If I’m ordering a vegi burger I want it to be more vegetables, not superficial meat. I feel like beyond meat is more aimed towards people who already eat meat and are trying to cut back rather than vegetarians who want a vegi burger. I personally do not like it, because once again it grosses me out to have something that tastes exactly like meat, when that is what I am trying not to eat.
Erin Robinson I mean don’t get me wrong, I think it’s awesome to have as an option especially for somebody who eats meat and is trying to cut down on red meat, or somebody who is transitioning to vegetarian. But everybody I know that is vegetarian (including me) isn’t a fan 😅
I've heard from Doctors that it is honestly healthier to just eat a regular burger. All the additives kinda make it unhealthy, and apparently the sodium is super high... I think these are great options for Vegans/Vegetarians if they just want a burger, but they should be treated just like regular burgers a "treat".

As I said in the last upload I feel the Crumbles (used in the tacos) taste FAR more like real meat than the burger does in my personal opinion. I too felt the burger was tricky to cook perfectly & when not done enough is reminiscent of a Rare Burger. I prefer well done so it was hard for me to enjoy! You should TOTALLY try the Italian Sausage Beyond Meat as they are FREAKING FANTASTIC! ❤️👍🏻

What do you do with the food you don’t finish? I don’t see you being able to actually eat the entirety of everything you showed in this video. Hopefully you don’t throw it away. I get making things like this for videos but it seems crazy to spend money on things you’re not finishing. Not to mention the people who are starving out here.

I've been to a restaurant in pittsburgh called the Burgatory that serves an "impossible burger" it's completely veggie based and amazing (highly recommend to anyone visiting or in the area). This vid has inspired me to go and purchase some beyond meat.
Try the veggie burger from Golden Road Brewery in DTLA's Grand Central Market! It's the first time I tried a veggie burger that turned out more juicy than a regular burger!

This gave me the courage to try more beyond meat burgers. I don’t have any of the options that you do, living in Canada but I tried it at a&W and hated it so I’ll try it again elsewhere before I make up my mind lol.
I’m vegan my husband is not. Even he said he preferred the Beyond Meat tacos over the regular meat at Del Taco. Which is huge because he is extremely picky and the only time he eats veggies is when lettuce comes on his sandwiches or tacos.😂

More calories don't mean it's unhealthy. Calories are your friend, especially coming from veggies.
