I like the low fold and image it evokes emotion for some users. It literally made me think “wonderous” and primed or I imagine could tickle the brain into adventure
Haha amazing. I did some very similar changes for Manchester Airport and Booking.com. Gotta love some CRO! Great rationale on the changes. This is a great example to show small changes can make a huge difference to the user instead of a design overhaul. Keep up the great content!
@@OffpeakPL They may! I thought sharing this still would be valid and valuable feedback for them because it's an insight from a designer with more than a decade of experience launching successful products. 🤷🏻♂️
Hi! I studied Viscom in Australia and now I wanna study master of UX/ interation design/ HCI in Australia, maybe in Sydney. Do you think UK and US are better options? Thank you!
Agreed. You do not need a masters. You might learn all the theory, which is super interesting, but you learn WAY more by just jumping straight into it and making mistakes.
Nice video! hope you could do a design critique video for Amazon too, as it is a typical case where -- the smartest people in the world don't make the best decisions ;)

this is not just about design, this is strategic business. sometimes designers need to follow what business analyst wants...

I love what you did to the design tweaks :) It makes perfect sense!
Thanks Rachel!
wow never thought of that - IF YOU'RE A DESIGNER THERE WILL BE ALWAYS SOMETHING TO IMPROVE
100%! Our designs should always be iterated.

Thanks James! 🙌🏼
I had these same issues when I was recently trying to book a local unit! The "flexible" button really threw me.
I’m glad we’re all aligned here 👏🏼

Hey Tommak, I think all countries are great options but a 'Masters in UX' is questionable..

@@Mizko Thanks for your response! .
@@mrnickb Totally agree.I think I should make clear career path first before jumping into asking this question.
