Now that's beautiful singing. I remember seeing the Lennon Sisters on the Lawrence Welk Show many times in the mid 1960s - those were the years when women really dressed well, pretty hair styles and acted like ladies.
As a young girl would watch them with my mom and sisters and argue about which sister was the prettiest. My mom liked Peggy, my sisters Janet, and I thought Kathy was the prettiest. Needless to say it's hard to choose as they are all so pretty!

They are one of the best. Thank you for downloading these videos . They bring back memories of our family then. No singer nowadays could ever duplicate such music that truly touches the heart.

Paul Loehr: Gee , I just finished downloading mainly all the Lennon Sisters. I grew up with the Lawrence Welk Show, in the early 50's. You see, my Father, Mother and all us children would gather around the TV on Saturday evening, and watch the show. My Father would sing along with the popular songs that he remembered when he was a little boy. I had a crush on Janet Lennon, thought that she was the apple in my eye, so to speak. You could say, I was crazy for her and would patiently wait for them to sing. She also was in my age bracket, she born in 1946, and I in 1944. Now, there is also the Lawrence Welk Show broadcast here in South Texas every Saturday on a PBS Station. I watch this show every Saturday. Wow, what found memories. By the way, I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pa. THANKS FOR ALL THE MEMORIES.

I think that skit is hilarious! It doesn't mock them, it's just supposed to be bizarre and funny. And most importantly, it's what led me to discover the Lennon sisters. I'm only 21, and if it weren't for the skit I never would have heard of them, and I'm so glad I did! They're amazing and timeless.
My oldest sister could have been added in with these girls and she would have fit right in. My wife and I saw the the Lennon Sisters in Branson, MO. The Welk group were kind enough to sign autographs after the show. I had nothing to sign but asked Kathy "how do you get to kiss a Lennon Sister" and she turned her cheek and I kissed it. WOW!!!

You aked what worked best for me, and I think you are referring to how to download the videos.
I had downloaded a program called Ytd Video Downloader. It is free for a trial, but for a full version it is rather inexpensive. You can download all on utube. I have downloaded many programs, especially my favorite the Lennon Sisters, just found some beautiful sound tracks of the Lennon Sisters that right now I am downloading.

I think that skit is hilarious! It doesn't mock them, it's just supposed to be bizarre and funny. And most importantly, it's what led me to discover the Lennon sisters. I'm only 21, and if it weren't for the skit I never would have heard of them, and I'm so glad I did! They're amazing and timeless.
My oldest sister could have been added in with these girls and she would have fit right in. Miss you Colleen 😇🥰‼️ Every time I hear these sisters, it reminds me of when my two oldest sisters sang “Mansion Over the Hilltop” together at St. Bonaventure College in western N.Y. when they were age 12 and 13.

My wife and I saw the the Lennon Sisters in Branson, MO. The Welk group were kind enough to sign autographs after the show. I had nothing to sign but asked Kathy "how do you get to kiss a Lennon Sister" and she turned her cheek and I kissed it. WOW!!!
