Hi Henry…and “steppin’ family”🎉 I wrote to you 4 days ago on your Brixen/Bressanone 44minute walking tour. I am LOVING your videos immensely! So much so, that I went back to the very beginning of your Italy trip, and am doing them in order. And…”ta dah” I now just finished walking with you on this Dominites video. I smiled the WHOLE time!! Whooo hooo!! I’m an illustrator, (I drew my little ‘cat’ icon that you see), and so enjoy and appreciate the jaw dropping beauty. I use your videos between my working sessions. Thanks to you, I not only walk on my treadmill - but now enjoy great views, great commentating … equaling a grand experience! Wishing you and your family a great rest of your holiday, vacation, and walks. 🥳 Happy New Year 🎉
Hi Wendy, Thank you so much for taking the time to write such kind words. It really makes my day. This is exactly the type of thing I hope people use these for. Glad you are enjoying them. Thanks for the money as well!
Enjoyed this trail. Incredible terrain! What views! And the sheep along the way added a certain cuteness 😊 Look forward to more of such trails! Be safe!
Hi Mary, So glad they are fun for your. I sure enjoy sharing them and comments like this really make me happy and keep me motivated. Hope the fall color there is wonderful. Apparently we missed a brilliant fall in Montana. Cheers. -H
Grassy mountains are so much more awesome than forested ones to hike on, my personal opinion. The view is just always so massively stunning and I could just always lie down in the meadows and watch the day pass by.
Welcome, Steve. I hope you enjoy the other vids as well. To find more based on location or runtime, you can go to the website at citywalksvirtualtours.com Keep on Steppin' -H
Absolutely STUNNING! Although all I could think of was how I'd probably have tripped and fallen on that path about a thousand times 😂 It's been a whiiiiile since I've been to Europe, and I have yet to visit Italy, but you're making want to move it higher up the list 👀Thank you for sharing this place with us!
Absolutely stunning, incredible, awesome!! The sheep and goats were truly a treat, like you said. The views! Since you live in Montana, I'll say this...I was a shuttle driver in Glacier National Park and I always wanted to be brave enough to do the Highline Trail. The steep terrain and the grizzlies prevented me from being brave enough to do it. Bear spray doesn't give me the confidence, lol. Anyway, this Trail takes bravery to a whole new level with how steep it is!😳 This was my favorite so far....I only wish we could have made it down to the dam. 😁 Thanks soooo much for the outstanding walk! 🤜🏼🤛🏼
Another magnificent walk in the Dolomites! And the sheep were a bonus. I'd be too scared to hike next to that STEEP drop off, so glad I got to go via your video, Henry. 🚶 Gosh, I thought you all would be in Italy for a few weeks, but you're there for a LONG time. Looking forward to seeing more! 🙂
HI Pam, this wasn't even that steep compared to some of the stuff we did. But I didn't feel comfortable filming in those spots. Actually I didn't feel that comfortable hiking there but I gritted my teeth and followed my kids. :-) It's good to push myself sometimes. So glad you are enjoying these. I'm loving sharing them. We've been here for 2 months and have another 3 weeks to go. Filmed lots of different places and having a great time. Cheers. -H
@@CityWalks Smart not to film while on a precarious hike! And how wonderful you're all having such a good time experiencing our beautiful world. Enjoy the remaining weeks! 🙂
Hi Andrew, thanks for the reminder. They don’t get as much traffic so I’ve been letting them slide. I’ll try to film a couple more soon for the CityWalks360 Channel. -H
My favorite video of yours is still Mannlichen to Klein Scheidegg. 😊 I’m curious on your thoughts on how the Dolomites compare to the Bernese Oberland. I’ve been to Switzerland twice and it is so easy to get around via public transportation. The Dolomites seems more challenging.
Hi Carrie, yes that is a spectacular walk. Someone else asked me to pick between the two and I compared it to choosing between cake and ice cream. Both are delicious and you can’t really go wrong. However, they are a little bit different for sure. Switzerland is by far more expensive. The mountains are somehow grander there and in the dolomites they seem much more jagged, at least where we were. It’s still pretty easy to get around but you generally travel by bus rather than train as we did in Bernese Obelrand. Sud tirol mobile has a great app that makes getting around by bus very simple and easy. Also, hotels and vacation apartments provide a free transit pass for your stay. At least ours did. Switzerland was certainly a bit more grand but Italy was a just a little bit more wild. However, they both had lots of places along the trails to grab a drink and a snack. Hope that’s the kind of perspective you were looking for. If you ever get the chance, I would highly recommend it. It’s easy in the dolomites to get up to the trails and avoid big climbs and descents. -H
@@CityWalks Thanks for the info. It’s helpful. I appreciate all the work that goes into your videos. They were a great planning resource for my Switzerland trips. And I’ve been watching your Edinburgh videos for my upcoming trip.

What are those pipes coming out the side of the mountains? Vents for our overlords bunkers?
I was wondering that too. I suspect they may have something to do with Avalanche control but not sure. Let me know if you find out. -H
I would go with 2k or lower to be able to watch it in 60fps. How can I help?
Hi Octavian. I filmed a couple walks in Ischia in 60p for you recently. Keep an eye out for them. -H
