    Loved the laid back style of your video. It’s been two months since you hit the prototype. You still planning to give the retail version a demo when it comes out in a week? I’ll receive a retail racket next week. Can’t wait to finally try it!

      Yeh I use Lynx Tour in my other racquets so I’d be interested in trying it in this

      @@bcccangel The racquet lol, right in the sweet spot putting a bit more into it…I’m actually not 100% sure really hahaha, might’ve been a beat drop in there because it sounded more like when I hit undercover with the echo but a few people reviewing the racquet have also mentioned how loud the racquet is

      @@mattiastennis Pimpama Sports Hub…There’s a fair bit of road noise is my only complaint…The microphone cuts it out

    Lots of buzz about this one. Just for reference - what frames do you usually gravitate to? What do you like the feel of? It's different if you say this feels great coming from something like a Pure Drive or a Prestige. Thanks for the review mate.

      @@jamestan4165 I currently play with the 2021 Speed Pro 360+…1999-2007 I used mid plus Radicals and played with Speeds from 2008 I think it was-2014…so I always played with 18x20 apart from 2yrs in there I used the original 100sq Extreme Pro 16x19, didn’t like that feel anywhere near as much as the Speed though …7yrs off court completely then a brief few hits in 2021 when I bought the 360+Speed Pros, another 3yrs off court brought me to 2024 when I tried a bunch of different racquets after watching RUclips videos on ‘one handed backhand racquets’ lol..so I fell in love with the Extreme Tour and the the 2023 Prestige Tour then got the new Extreme Pro before going back to my 360+ Speed pro and now ordered the Speed Pro Legend, ultimately finding the Speed far more comfortable on my arm and I did miss that denser feel…Prestige Tour also gives that denser feel with the 95sq head but it’s a bit demanding in matches for me…Really I was expecting to not like this open pattern so much on the Gravity Tour but maybe the really loose strings played a part in that great feel..

    Did you play with it over multiple days? Would be interesting to see how your fingers / wrist / arm /shoulder feels then as I had serious enough problems with the regular Gravitys
    Also as you play with Head Extreme that has 16x19 why would you want this racquet to have any different string pattern?

      @@mattiastennis I didn’t unfortunately had to get it back within the day, I also would’ve liked to try various days…Nah I don’t want a different string pattern, just other reviews have said that

      @ yeh I said I wouldn’t change the string pattern, I like the open 16x19 in this even though I prefer denser patterns typically

      @@TheTennisDaddy curiuous if the challenge with this racquet is the head shape...going from a traditional sweet spot to one that's higher in the hoop.

      @@petershort936 that was on my mind too actually as I had similar issues with Yonex Vcore 98…This feels nicer than that though, although again, the super loose strings could be the reason it felt that good…

      @@bigdaddy812 I’d say you’re going to like it then even though it’s quite different to the Gravity Pro…the pro felt huge through the air to me even though I play with the Speed Pro(100sq also)this 98 feels great through the air almost like the Prestige

      @@TheTennisDaddythat’s good to hear. Although I’m playing better than ever with GP since my strokes have improved and are faster, I have to believe that me being to move it even faster given the lighter SW will lead to more power overall. I just got this same stick today and I’m getting it strung with Lynx Touch at 50 lbs. I can’t wait to try it out soon! Great review btw - have a good sense of what it’s like to hit with it.

      @@bigdaddy812 It’s tough to switch if you’re playing better than ever now with the GP but certainly worth a try, You may find more balls fly with the higher launch and that’s my conflicting issue between it and the Speed Pro in which probably similar the the GP, I always get a predictable launch so I don’t know if I’ll be a bit more erratic with the Tour 98…Still want to but one🤣🤣🤣

      @@TheTennisDaddyyea, I noticed I hit more erratic long balls than with my GP. But maybe it’s just and adjustment period I have to go through. I love the quicker movement through air and it does remind me of the speed and the feel/paint of the prestige pro. My backhand is better as I can turn it easier than the GP. Perhaps I can play with the Tour against equally or less skilled players than me and against better players I can use the stability and predominant the GP.

      @@bigdaddy812 yeh for sure you’d get use to it and adjust, my first 10mins hitting my slice was a struggle to keep the ball down and then I had no problem, just had the commit more and be less lazy

      I haven’t hit with the Prestige Pro but I’ve got the Prestige Tour and I found the pocketing similar although the strings were looser in this Gravity..I string the Prestige at 45lbs and the Gravity felt around 40…Others have said the RA on the Gravity is like 65 which it didn’t feel but again the strings were really loose

      @@warrenchen2153 I’d say similar, the strings in this were around 40lbs so it felt quite powerful but if it was strung at 50lbs which is around what I’ve tried the other 2, it’d probably be quite similar, maybe the Vcore would be a bit more powerful

    Btw - did you try it against a heavy hitter? Curious if it’s stable at 305 g vs a heavy hitter? I just played against a 5.5 and was able to hold my own with the GP so wondering if this lighter weight would be an issue with stability.

      @@bigdaddy812 my hitting partner hits with heavy spin and height and it felt stable enough when he was giving it(not as stable as my Speed Pro probably though) I only had it for a day unfortunately, I would’ve liked to try it on my other hitting night where I play sets and points vs 8-9UTRs to see how I played points with it but I’ll purchase one I’m sure in January hahaha…With the ball machine though I do use pressure less balls which are firmer and I had the ball coming on at speed, felt quite stable in that scenario too

      @@TheTennisDaddythx for the feedback. I just tried it for about 1.5 hrs using ball machine. Too early to give my overall assessment but my first impressions are encouraging and can easily see a switch from my GP at least against most players. Agree with much of your comments on how it plays. When you hit the sweet spot it feels and sounds amazing. My ball is definitely more powerful and I can turn on my bh much easier than my GP. I can’t wait to play with it against good players.

      @@TheTennisDaddybro, I played 3 sets and it blew my away. Groundies are quicker, deeper and heavier is what my opponents were saying. Was able to blast a few bomb winners and aces - absolutely loved it. As much as I love my GP, I feel like switching to something that’s just easier to use and that no one in the city has (prototype) and the fact that it looks gorgeous - makes it a no brainer. Your review was spot on.

      @@twistymeeko7377 just so much more feel with this…I really like the PA98 but it feels like a tin can in comparison especially off centre hits, PA98 though is possibly less demanding as I don’t feel I needed to be so perfect technically as I do feel that a bit with this Gravity on the one hander mainly(slice included)

      @ that's one I haven't tried yet still but really want to...@TennCom has used the whiteout a fair bit so l'd be interested in his thoughts here too…just responded the same on Becketts review…Whiteout comes in 16x19 and 18x20 I think? If so, the 18x20 whiteout would be lower launching and quite the nice feel I guess whereas the 16x19 would be closer to the Gravity launch and spin…Whiteout apparently has some nice flex I think I’ve gathered from reviews?

      @@bournejason66 I’ve hit with the Vcore 98 not the 100 but I’d say it’s more comfortable, powerful and more spin potential than the Gravity 98…Gravity 98 no doubt would feel better but probably a bit more demanding too

      Yep talking about the ‘feel’ really, the feel was unreal but like I said, I wonder if it was just because the strings were so loose, I might be getting it again later this year so I’d like to string it fresh..Struggled a bit keeping backhands down mainly at the start when I didn’t time it well or commit to being more technically sound(I’m a lazy mover and hitter basically)whereas in my Speed Pros I don’t get that launch so often even if I’m lazy

      @@TheTennisDaddy For me there is a difference between feel and outcome. I have noticed that since I have started filming myself during rackettesting. Rackets of whom I thought felt great, produced more misses than normal. I only saw that on video, did not notice it when hitting. It is weird, but is almost feels to go against your gut feeling. Switching rackets pure on video-analysis made my level go up.

      @ oh yeh 100% agree..I’m not changing from my Speeds, just ordered the Speed Pro Legend to upgrade from my older Speeds actually lol..they feel great too but mainly everyone I hit with comments that I miss far less with them compared to other racquets I’ve used

      @@TheTennisDaddy Never listen to your opponents...😀. I tried the Speeds, great rackets, lots of controll, but I like the Blade 18x20 just a bit better.
