I've seen several how-to-play videos, read the rulebook, and then played my first solo game WHILE reading the rulebook. I found the game okay, but not great. I was ready to give up on it when I came across this video, and realized I was playing it wrong. And now, thanks to you, I understand how much fun this game can be! Thanks for the great video.

In last turn(20:58), should have crossed out yellow 5 in third column to get a cross blue bonus which you can use it on the blue 2 to get another cross out bonus on green.

Thanks for this video, turns out I'd been playing the solo mode wrongly (as passive player, choosing from the three highest instead of the three lowest).
When I read the name and saw that its roll & write, I just skipped over. And no idea why I came back, but glad I did. Really enjoyed the game's playthrough. The combo's are so cool.

Haha, I'm sure all that 'cheating' was just so you could demonstrate how the scoring works. Another great play through Eric.
I got the game today. I can't find anyone in the U.S. that sells extra score sheet pads. I don't have a printer so I guess I can laminate eight sheets for dry erase or color copy some. Do you know anyone that sells extra scorepads?
I believe that using "+1" during passive turn is not allowed in solo play...
correct during your passive player phase no actions are allowed (including +1)

Eric, One should never cheat when playing solo. Rob yourself of the victory, the challenge, and the experience.
Suppose one should never cheat EVER for the same reason.

I never cheat in a solo game either. And, I never fib. :-)
Honestly, I am confused by the rules ! 😕
I play solo games but this one is a headache. Robinson Crusoe, The Cursed Island is simple compared to this five game......😮😮😮
