What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

• Sensory - about the senses or sensation
• Meridian - signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development
• Response - referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal

When I saw the notification for this video I immediately knew I was going to relax so good this evening and here I am. 🌙 Please don't ever stop the walk-throughs! Your whispers remind me of my grandmother, she used to tell me stories of her life in Germany when I was a kid and couldn't fall asleep. I now realise that the "relaxing sleepy feeling" was ASMR from her whispery voice. Thank you! ❤️

@@PaigeTurnerASMR it's nice but if you googled the building it's ugly to look at just a massive random brown building with Cadbury on the front 🤣 it's also really expensive they used to give out loads of free chocolate and now they hardly do that but you do get a melted pot of Cadbury with a filling of your choice but it's a tiny pot I dunno over priced for sure xx
