Thank you for this video because this topic is such a taboo topic and it shouldn't have to be because intimacy within a marriage is halal and very natural.
Jazakumullah Khairan, we completely agree. If you would like to learn more on the topic we would suggest purchasing the book 'The handbook to a healthy Muslim Marriage' via Whitethreadpress.com
Affection , compassion and love must be present in both partners for each other throughout the marriage in daily life. If there will be problems in marriage then intimacy suffers too.
The men NEED to stay active and physically fit, you won't last with a pot belly and it will affect your performance in the bedroom. Do weights, hiking, eat properly, get that blood flow strong. It's her right. Don't be selfish or you'll suffer in the long run.
It would depend on the nature of it and the community you are in; if it is non-sexual and the people in your country/society do not view it as something taboo, then maybe it would be OK. However, e.g. if in your culture or in front of your elders, it is seen as disrespectful, then avoid it. Wallahu a'lam.
Nothing new here which every married couples for 5 years or more should know but very good reminder. Lots of questions not answered which hopefully insha'Allah can be covered in a later lecture insha'Allah
I am from Pakistan and living in Germany I am married since 6 years 2 children and Alhamdulillah we are very happy and we are satisfied 110% with each other if anyone my brother has a problem I can give advice and if any of my brothers has erection problem I will prefer medicine which he can buy very easily from Pakistan because its herbal medicine because husband wife love is very important it can save you from haram and it can be brought to haram so any of my brothers can ask
It's not haram but its considered makrooh. That's the answer sheikh yasir qadhi gave on his channel after much research. You should look there if you want

Notes: • Spouses should understand each other; openly, respectfully and sensitively communicate with each other. • Sexual intercourse between husband and wife is not a dirty act, it’s a very noble act; people are born, continuation of the cycle of life / humanity. • Learn from scholars. • Focus on affection, compassion, love, and prioritize in fulfilling your wife. • Use foreplay and take it slow. • Aim to make your wife climax first. • If wife is hesitant / shy, help her express what she wants. Have open and frank discussions. • Making love is the entire experience; including foreplay. • Foreplay is not exclusive to groping, rather it also includes generally caressing and talking. • Don’t make the experience routine, change it once in a while. Eg adornment. • Sodomy and penetration during menses prohibited. • It’s ok to not be in the mood. Be respectful of that. However, come to a compromise / accommodate. • Pornography is prohibited and absolutely not realistic; avoid it at all costs. • Never share our intimate moments with anyone. This erodes trust and respect to your spouse. • Choose your friends carefully.

Hijabi neglect. The phenomenon of married sisters who let themselves go and do nothing about it. It exists.

Mufti Saab mentioned that PDA is not allowed in Islaam - does that include holding hands?
If its for reasons such as to help stay together during large crowds or in fear of getting lost etc then it's fine.

I agree with that.
Women are very shy
I don't ... women need to be comfortable with anything related to their bodies.
