That Starfield clip of the buggy getting stuck reminded me of the glory days of Halo: Combat Evolved on PC. Everyone hated the maps with the Banshee because newbs would just get in them and dive bomb you the entire time, especially maps like Blood Gulch. So some people would take them and drive them into a specific tree where they would get stuck and then hop out. Nobody could reach the Banshee because it would be up in the tree, and the Banshee would sit there twitching as the collision physics jittered the Banshee about preventing it from respawning because it would not be idle for long enough to despawn. Ah the nostalgia.

Too bad there wasn't any special effects when the Hellbrute teleported in, because teleportation could have been a gift of Tzeentch before / after getting fused with his armor.

Model swap bugs usually happen because of the spy's disguises, you may be right. I've never seen the whole playermodel be wrong though.
