- On September 26th, the cast and crew behind JOSIE AND THE PUSSYCATS reunited for a one-night-only record release party celebrating Mondo's vinyl edition of the 2001 film's soundtrack.
The icing on the cake? Original 'Josie' voice Kay Hanley performing tracks from the film's soundtrack LIVE!
Josie and the pussycats is literally one of my favorite movies ever and it kills me that like no one knows it. This just made my whole life

I am indeed one of the other three or four people who loved the movie. Am I the only one who teared up a bit when watching this video? Letters to Cleo looks NOTHING like Josie and the Pussycats -- creepy to see that the former was indeed the latter!

Just now finding out that the band who sang the Josie and the Pussycats songs was the same band Julia Styles’ character Kat was obsessed with in 10 Things I Hate About You.
This year is the 20th anniversary of the movie. PLEASE re-release the vinyl!

They did a Q&A with Tara, Rachael, the writers, director, and Kay, which Rosario showed up to despite not being announced (She flew in from the east coast and showed up as a surprise.)
