This is great asf but Im a save the change kinda lady. Been saving change since I was a teenager. At the end of the year I count it all out and roll it up. Usually comes to a few thousand dollars nothing big but enough to put in my savings.
    Stay blessed 🙌🏾

Happy New Year 🎆!!! Yes ma'am!! I still have to count my $1/$5 2023 challenges😆. In 2023, I modified the 52 week challenge; saved $52 weekly for 26 weeks, and then $100 weekly for the remaining 26 weeks (was actually 53 weeks,12/30/22-12/29/23, $4004🙌🏾), I did a $1K challenge this year, and paid off nearly 5K in credit card debt. I had to be super aggressive. I didn't work for 5 years, being my Mom's caregiver and two years to grieve/heal🙏🏾. I basically lived off of my savings and credit cards, so I'm making up for that time period and I'm so grateful to be able to! I'm trying to be completely debt free in five years, a very realistic goal, BUT I'm almost certain it won't take me that long if I keep this up. God is GREAT!🙌🏾 And you, sis, are phenomenal!! God made it possible, and you provided the inspiration/information. Thank you! 💕

You inspire me sooo so much to do this. I’m in a bad way/relationship right now 😢& have almost no way of getting these types of little diaries or anything like that bcuz he controls my spending and stuff. It’s hard to leave and save up when he takes it all. Even found my one stash and took it all now I have nothing left at all. I didn’t come here to “whine” I know I did this to myself but this is amazing! And so satisfying seeing all your hard savings in there is awesome! 🎉congratulations girl! I just subbed and maybe I can try & make my like own “DIY” project when I have space and get anymore money I can get some binders from the dollar tree or something like that!

Absolutely………I live in England….i know I can’t afford to be saving close to £80 a week……..don’t know what that translates to dollars but I’m probably more likely to do £20 a week……..and I would add a pocket for each week for any extras I was able to save……some weeks that won’t be possible…..but some weeks I could save £5-£10……….also setting up a direct debit from you’re account to a savings account for £10 a week or month and forgetting about it is really affective……..❤️

Money should never sit in a book/binder!! Money should grow in interest!!! This is so financially dumb!

Whats the point of this??? To save money in cash??? Have you heard about the inflation??? You can have a saving account does this for you plus interest that could cover the inflation ...

Right! I have my large savings in accounts that accrue higher interest and some in stocks. It’s not good financial advice to keep all ur money in cash in ur house.

I agree. This is foolishness!!!! Money should never sit in anything other than a investment vehicle to grow!!!

@@jessicamiller6143 I understand but with all that money she’s saving….it could be doubled if she had some good financial knowledge.

@@dmami83 she is only doing this to show ppl like me how to START to save. & when you are able to save then you can move onto bigger financial gains. She has a whole budget business and I'm sure she has other investments making her money. This is just to show others where to start & how it can be done. I'm going to paste a comment from the creator below. She commented on another comment & explained why she is holding onto so much cash.
@Baddiesandbudgets : "i teach basic financial literacy. Particularly for those who may never even have the Impulse control to save enough to ever earn interest in a HYSA. Handling tangible cash allows a lot of people to actually begin to save. Eventually it will make it to the HYSA"
