Seeing the boys abandon Kenny like that was just heartbreaking. I mean I expected Cartman to be like that of course, but man Stan and Kyle are some bad friends to Kenny, thinking about themselves than their friend. Really glad to see Kenny get back at the E-scooters for ruining his Halloween and seeing him and Mr Mackey team up was fun dynamic. Im also glad Kenny didn't die in this episode.
I also thought the whole town freaking out was hilarious 😂
"We'll figure it out" Most famous kyle words... poor kenny.
The fact that every single one of their parents (except Kenny's, because poor) have cellphones and none of them thought to just fucking ask if Kenny could borrow one to go trick-or-treating... I guarantee either Shiela or Sharon would have been willing.
Kyle going from his usual "we'll figure it out, we always do" to "literally didn't even try to find a solution before kicking Kenny out of the group" was pretty shocking honestly. Like you, I'd expect that from Cartman, and maybe Stan, since Stan is usually more willing to go along with something he doesn't necessarily agree with if it's the "more popular choice", but Kyle so readily turning his back on Kenny seemed really out of character.
@@evman1094 South park misses a lot of logic sometimes, i guess just so the story can exist at all. Like destroying a cell tower isn't going to affect your wired connection at home.
The cable episode also had this problem where i was almost creaming "Does noone have a cell connection or is the tower still destroyed?" You can't stream stuff via smartphones... the concept simply doesn't exist there for this specific story.

same I love it more than the halloween blockbuster episode
I love this one. It's kind of a Hitchcock style horror parody or tribute. I think it parodies "The Birds" (1963) somewhat. It's also a great Mackey episode, since he doesn't have many dedicated episodes outside of skewl. The voice-over narration is reminice of "The Wonder Years" (1988-93) coming-of-age comedy series which inspired many other shows using a similar format.
Hello from England! Yes we have them! My first experience is seeeing a broken piece of the back wheel on my way to work the path (sidewalk) and I regularly see them being used by teenagers who are illegally using them as you need a driving licence to use them for £2 per mile. (I tried to use it and that’s how I know) but there have been people who have been hospitalised due to the driver who may have a passenger which they are not designed carry.

@@heinrichze-france4089most people type without looking. It's a part of keyboard class. That's why there is the bumps on the keyboard so you can know where to put your fingers.
here in my city, you are not allowed to use them on the sidewalk. the street is the actual place you are supposed to drive them, but that just creates more problems because it makes it more dangerous with them on the streets (like bicycles sharing the road), it's just too dangerous IMO

These scooters drive me bananas. The only company that does them here leaves them on the sidewalks. Handicap Ramps. They recently passed legislation here to stop them from disrupting peoples lives. It drives me bonkers.
I had one of the those scooters hit my car downtown one night. guy lots control and just ran into my side (probably drunk) didnt do any damage thankfully i had my top down or he wouldve smashed into my window. they are a menace. the idea is sound, but the execution and the various laws dont work

I woke up one morning and the town i live in was filled with these scooters i was confused, just popped out of nowhere
I live in Los Angeles, of course we got loads of these scooters here. I was so confused when I first moved up here and saw them on the sidewalks, but they are fun to ride on
We got those scooters all over Chicago but I never road one out here since i got a whip but I did rent one in L.A at the beach a few years back on vacation, them mfs are fast I was back n forth all through Venice beach and Santa Monica.
They are allowed to ride on the street and is actually law in some places. However you are also supposed to go with the flow of traffic. In other words driving in the same direction as the cars on the side of the street you are driving it on. There are also places you legally have to have light reflectors and/or safety lights. I think I've even heard of more strict cities requiring side mirrors, and don't even get me started on helmets laws. Those laws can vary so widely, your better off just wearing the thing and saving yourself the trouble and possible injury. XD
I felt like Mr. Mackey when the E scooters showed up where I lived I was like where did they all come from.

Definitely an underrated episode, its a brilliant halloween episode with my boi Kenny coming in clutch! Pretty sad to see his friends reject him like that ngl.
The scooters were extremely illegal. The company dropped them off without permission from the states. People got into accidents.

@@DisfunktionalTV They are! I used to play Pokemon GO on them downtown and was told by cops that we had to ride off the sidewalks lol it was mad awkward though being on that little thing in traffic lmao you can use them in bike lanes too though if available.
They honestly aren't that hard to use one you get the hang of it. I bought my own and it's common sense being a responsible owner. I stay in bike lanes whenever they are available, use a helemt, and always follow the rules of the road (always giving right of way no matter what). I was laughing my butt off at this episode cause its so true about the citi-bike version of these.
I liked this one when it aired but this is my first time revisiting it. Yeah pretty much classic South Park right here, very clever and funny.

I am from the south of hamburg, germany. ✌ at first there only were a bunch of these scooters from one company, but then...in one night it explodes and they were everywhere. a few days later, more and more, from 5 different companies. that was crazy and then they added bikes and more scooter a few month later 😂 there are 15-25 of these things within a radius of 100 meters from my apartment 😅 and you never see sombody loading the batteries and every morning they stand in perfect rows fully loaded 👽

Kent, Ohio is full of these scooters in the most random ass places. Right in front of people's houses, sidewalks on the back streets
Mr. Mackey was right to get rid of these scooters. They are like a pleague. Like most modern technology it could be a good thing, but some people abuse it. They leave it lying around like trash, throw it in the river, drive around carelessly, riding with two or three people on one scooter, damaging them, causing accidents,... Most poeple just don't care, because they don't own those things.
And why do you need those things anyways? They are mostly in big cities, where you can use public transportation. It's just an even more convenient way to get around in our convenient times. Just use your legs and walk around. Or are you afraid that your fat ass is getting skinnier? But instead we complain about climate change and CO2 emissions, but we see no correlation to things like that. This is producing waste actively and it is not at all necessary.
