Liberians eat Potato greens like folks eat spinach, very good for you, check out the recipes from Liberia, and other parts of West Africa and Asia.

Besarnya umbi kurang maksimum bisa jadi karena batang terlalu panjang merambat,, ahirnya nutrisi terkumpul di batang tidak memenuhi umbi,, perlu di potong secara berkala biar batang tudak terlalu panjang,

yep after harvesting the sweet potatoes, we will cut the potato stems to make seedlings for the next crop
