Thank you so much for posting this. The instructions included say ask pharmacist: they didn't know how to use it. I have been using it incorrectly for a few days and didn't feel any benefit until I followed your clear and simple instructions. I noticed the benefits within minutes.

I did think 10 seconds was an absurd amount of time for a copd sufferer to hold their breathe, she only managed 3 seconds.
