Autopsy reveals Ft. Campbell soldier was stabbed 70 times

After an autopsy of 23-year-old Katia Duenas Aguilar, Medical Examiner Dr. Feng Li tells us she was stabbed almost 70 times.

I read that she was stabbed 68 times, mostly in the head, neck, and chest. How twisted and angry does one have to be to exert so much energy to do such a thing to a person? Such overkill and mutilation seems way too personal to be some random assault or attack. The perp could be a fellow recruit or personnel, a stalker maybe. Poor woman.😮‍💨 And, her poor kid.🥺 So sad.😞 I won't even say what I hope happens to whoever did this, but it's bad. 🤬
