I really like this set. I really wanted a dragon master magia and thought it was going to come in as a regular secret. Making it a qcr is painful but it makes the set more valuable that way.
I am always excited for battles of legend sets. The secrets are usually good for collectors. This one has an excellent cover card and the new sky strikers look great
This set has no Blue-Eyes cards other than Dragon Master Magia (the cover card in the set) but it is locked into a QCSR rarity only, which is a 1 in 7 case chance to pull and it is currently going for $300 on the market.
Me as Branded Player, I am Happy to See more QCR for Branded, but the Reprints in ultra are same Rarity AS in structure Deck, except Branded Lost, Fusion and TriBri

Give the collector market something worth investing into cause a lot of people have been sketch to invest and loosing crazy money on high rarity cards they invested in in the pass. Getting printed in similar rarities. Aka starlights to qcrs

Hate to say it but Ko-Money is scummy for this set. The collectors card can only be picked up as QCR. The most wanted card is a Secret Rare and probably short printed. Everything else either requires you to buy older cards or is going to be reprinted in the megatins this year already. But great content as always Heart of the Packs!!! -ThorCardGames
I love it, this set will sell like hotcakes because that's how collectable trading card games work! And because the secondary market and card shops will price gouge this like crazy and you'll still support your locals for it anyways lol

I’m honestly so angry that the blue-eyes fusion is a QCR only :( I was so excited for this set to come out since blue-eyes is my favourite deck but the fact you can’t get that card in any other rarity makes me so upset and angry :( there’s no way I can afford to get/play the card now. Like they could have made it a secret rare as well but Konami is so greedy. I was literally half a year waiting for that card when I first saw the sneak peaks/leaks over Japan
I can see it following the same path as Blue-Eyes Jet. Around $300 before release, settling down at $120, then when we get some random reprint, it will go under $100. Thankfully I'm not a player. I'm only a collector, so I will wait until it goes very down in price in like 6 months or a year. I don't need it ASAP for my deck or meta play or anything. I finally got my playset of starlight Blue-Eyes Jet for only $40 each while they were $300 on release
Some of the OG reprints are nice and I don’t mind, but some are like why’d they choose those. Especially the sprite stuff like you can get those cards pretty easily and cheap still, seems like Komoney just throwing in filler
I really don’t feel crazy about this set. I might just be picking up singles bc I mostly care about the new Yubel and winged kuriboh card. Not the worst set ever though, not by a mile
