I wish they would put up the artist, album & or song name on screen on their best of list videos because it gets so hard trying to keep track of what & who they’re talking about when you’re going back & forth from Spotify
thank you so much for segmenting your videos. i stopped listening in the car as soon as he mentioned chain of strength, had to see bob talk about it lol.
I was at that Have Heart/Ceremony/Blacklisted show in Syracuse, it was in fact in a Polish Community Center. Unholy played too, stacked line up. Big ass gym completely packed, one of my favorite shows I’ve ever been to
I was dying to go to FYA this year with how stacked that lineup was, but couldn’t make it happen. Hopefully this will be the year I finally get my ass to a fest. Bob Wilson though, big shoutout to Bob
I think I might always kick myself for not going to this one. If you’re a Tampa local though, look out for FL Rules Fest, or Hellshine Fest. Hopefully those will have a 2024 edition.
@@alternateGRAMMARI’m definitely kicking myself for it. I live in Vancouver though, so not like it would have been that easy (or cheap) to get down there. I’d love to have a fest that’s actually here.
@@hannahkozlovic1715 I have no such excuse as living on the other side of the continent T_T I simply had a moment of weakness and I can only hope the next FYA is as fun as this one looks
The only year I've been to FYA was the year Iron Age played because Iron Age is the greatest band of all time but overall it was a great time. Three Knee Deep's set was absolute chaos. I remember watching the security guy just give up when people started weaponizing trash cans.
Just fyi Backbooth no longer exists. Went through a couple names changes before they shut it down because of mismanagement by the property owners. RIPPPPPP
Surprised they didnt even mention that Conor in The Final Agony was also the singer of Protester, another great band of a completely different style from TFA.
saw this dude do guest vocals for a band, gets knocked down moshing and starts to grab this dudes ankles... dude literally punted this guy in the face 3 times I have no idea how he didnt get knocked out... dude gets up after & starts crying like a baby. drummer of the band playing threw his sticks and shrieked out "thats my friend"... lmfao. months later at a fest the punter is yelling at this dude in his face asking how his foot tasted and he walked off like a punk. real hard lore
Bulls Shitt is the most generic shit i've heard. I've seen them like 5 times, really nothing to write home about. Is this some old boys shit? They can't draw 30 people here.

i love the episodes where i have the pause the show every time they mention new bands and i get to add em on spotify

Same :)
Colin edits this alone. He’s only one brother, brother!
frrrrr, hardlore stays putting me on to all the hidden gems

Mother Of Mercy is still my favorite hardcore band. So thank you for this.

Wow, haven't heard the name Dead and Dreaming in a long time. Great episode as always, guys.
FYA was fucking awesome. So much fun, needed more space to walk/sit and maybe some fans/ventilation and more food vendors legit. the line was insane.
