Very well structured teaching method. Merci beaucoup.
I've played it just to dabble since I'm working on nos. 1 through 4 for now. I consider myself not yet a beginner, but have worked a lot on theory and have some keyboard chops. I just don't have musicality in my head yet. I joked for too long that I had been born with two left ears, and I had an allergy to music teachers all my life. That changed at 65 yoa when I bought a digital piano, and like my Mum I started in after retirement.
Hope you're in good health. If you want some exercises for the low back that take 30 seconds a day, look at my video; Oh My Aching Bach.
I've also got treatments for the shoulders and hands.
