Ok, but why the high current in the primary with a normal looking ramp indicating inductance. It should indicate a shorted coil, but the normal ramp and inductance says otherwise. No spark indicates and shorted secondary. But turn on oscillations show in the primary and there's not firing or spark line. This looks like a confusing pattern to me. Be interested in anyone's explanation
I think the coil is going bad: low resistance on the primary and secondary. I suspect the heat of normal operation has begun to break down the insulation on the windings causing a drop in resistance in both primary and secondary coils.
