- In this video, we take an in-depth tour of Merancas Island at 14051 Island Drive with the architect, Harry Schrader, from Schrader Design Inc in Charlotte, NC.
It was mindblowing the amount of detail that Harry put into this property.

OK I was bored because I am not an architectural kind of girl. But I have never seen someone with so much passion for architecture and be so knowledgeable and for that reason, I absolutely loved the video.
Yes, Harry has SO much passion for what he does, thanks for watching 😄
This is awesome

This may sound like a poor people question but how do u keep enough food around living in a place like this
Verbose. This sounds like too personal of a place. Especially for this guy. I worked in yachting and sometimes the owners would want to buy multi-million dollar homes, islands, penthouses and estates. Some of them were denied the opportunity to buy a place because they didn't pass the agents criteria. Like nothing coukd be changed or removed. Structures weren't allowed to be kept. Personal touches had to be reviewed to preserve the heritage and other things, i worked for a Russian owner that wanted to buy a small estate in Scotland. He couldn't rename the place, couldn't change the furniture unless he employed a UK designer and had to keep within the guidelines. The n they found out he was Russian and this was in 1999, they wouldn't sell the place. Killed it mid-deal. He put 10 million pounds down. They wouldn't return it and wouldn't return calls. He bought another place in California and still lives there today making $60 a bottle wine.
