The only redeeming quality for Usopp is Set Target. 2x damage for DEX/Shooter/FS for high damage teams in Kizuna will be the only use case for him. Also Usopp being a unit to trigger EX Supers or TNDs is nice. But that's the only reason I can see to use him.
Also Final Tap fucking sucks.
The More Bad legends we get, the easier it is to safe gems for better (super) sugos 👌🏼
What's up with the terrible artworks too? The newest zoro looks like a thumb, so I've been calling him thumb zoro from now on.
set target is essentially like a "conditional increase damage taken"
if you are shooter (in this case) the boss takes 2x damage from ur attacks
I always dislike the unit that do some debuff on enemy and not Boost Attack again that debuff, like, what is that for, this is not OPTC 2020 or before where delay actually useful again Boss (can be worse when that Conditional Attack Boost in Super Tandem/Last Tap).
I also don't like how Bandai want to make all SH use together by putting them same Free Spirit class (which will be more in future). I like it when they can have their own thing like Sanji is PH/Fighter, Zoro is Driven/Slasher, Nami is Cebreral/Striker, ... where they can work with other character outsisde SH's crew too, like when V1 release, RR DEX Sanji work super well with that CP9 batch cause he is PH.
Yea and account got suspended becpuse of the co-op shit and now they cant even tell when it will be unsuspended what a shitty company.
