If I ever go vegan, it'll be because I care enough about the environment we live in, since the livestock industry is destroying it and we'll all pay for it in the near future. @@mozd1729 if you have read ayurveda then you will found that we must be consume the things as a meal by harming the nature atleast and you know fruits need to germinate to give rise to young plant and it's no harm on plant if we cut the fruit cuz it's helpful for plant to be germinate a new plant when we just eat fruit and spread the seeds anywhere... Secondly i know veggies like potato which are the needed part of plant theh get harm...... But that's the minimum harm at all than cutting an animal you know animals get suffer alot just because of humans And one thing about protein is pulses and milk are sufficient for survive and protein we don't really need much cuz if you don't eat anything then protein is the last which digest and provide energy to us..... Protein needed for nutrition to cell for their growth and for muscles but we can survive with less muscles too, no need to be a body builder

I am a vegetarian, i am proud of it that atleast i am not harming animals by consumption of them🤗
But you eat plants which are living organisms. You cut fruits from the branches. Don't the plants get hurt when you cut its fruit, that is it's body part ? Eating other animals is nature. You will get no protein if you don't eat non-veg.

@@mozd1729 if you have read ayurveda then you will found that we must be consume the things as a meal by harming the nature atleast and you know fruits need to germinate to give rise to young plant and it's no harm on plant if we cut the fruit cuz it's helpful for plant to be germinate a new plant when we just eat fruit and spread the seeds anywhere... Secondly i know veggies like potato which are the needed part of plant theh get harm...... But that's the minimum harm at all than cutting an animal you know animals get suffer alot just because of humans
And one thing about protein is pulses and milk are sufficient for survive and protein we don't really need much cuz if you don't eat anything then protein is the last which digest and provide energy to us..... Protein needed for nutrition to cell for their growth and for muscles but we can survive with less muscles too, no need to be a body builder
