How to make Sanitizer or Handrub ? WHO Recommended Formulations

In this video we have discussed the WHO recommended sanitizer or handrub formulations.
The WHO has recommended the two chemical based formulations viz
Ethyl Alcohol based or Ethanol based and second one is the Isopropyl Alcohol based formulations or Isoproponal based formulation.

Thank you for the very helpful video. It is very useful especially during the COVID 19 crisis. Just a small suggestion at 5:38, where you show the formulation for the sanitizer based on IPA. Here the volume for Glycerol correspond to that of hydrogen peroxide and vice-versa. Thanks

Ok, so the formula that has been all over RUclips for the past several weeks for a home made hand sanitizing spray says to use 2/3 cup of 70% or 91% Isopropyl Alcohol mixed with 1/3 cup of Aloe-vera gel and a few drops of essential oil such as Lavender for fragrance. if I back-calculate the % of H2O2 from the 41.7 ml H2O2 per 1000 ml solution...i get 41.7*100/1000=4.17 % but WHO guidelines say that H2O2 concentration should be 0.125%?

If u are going to make 1000 ml final volume ,then to make 0.125% hydrogen peroxide from 20% :
> 1000*0.125/20 = 6.25 ml.
Means u need 6.25 ml of Hydrogen Peroxide 20% in that final 1000 ml.
